Just paid £38 and used up 30 credits finding out...NOTHING. Found where a relative was living 10 years ago!Didn't click on the button for more details but when I did I found I had no credits. Checked my account and it confirmed I'd bought 30 credits less than an hour ago but it seems that every time I searched a name a credit was used even though I never found anyone in a town where I knew they lived. What a complete waste. Just found I, my wife and three sons have never existed anywhere and don't exist now! My father in law who died well over 10 years ago is apparently still living at the same address with my mother in law.
This site was useful when I last used it but is now just a means to make fools like I part with our money!read more

I have registered an account but after numerous attempts am unable to complete registration.I am repeatedly told my info is incomplete and errors are in red print. there is NO RED PRINT visible. I am going round in circles. I have also tried to contact them online and there is a fault there. To prove I am not a robot I have to do a simple addition, which always comes back as wrong and it's not.read more

I requested my name be taken off their registrar multiple times over the course of 2 years ago only to find out that they do not abide by the letter of the law /GDPR stipulates.
Lawyer up if you need to deal with this organisation. They are very untrustworthy indeedread more

I haven't been informed anywhere that my personal details are stored into this directory as well and information can be sold without my permission to person for his own harassment purposes.Now I am in constant fear of my own safety and terrified to even open my door and leave house without having a panic attack!read more

Scam. Tells you it's free then you have to register. Then you find someone (allegedly), click on them,and you have to buy credits to see.read more
