Still waiting on a background check from November of last year! In that time I was able to get abackground check for a gun thst took only 15 minutes and another job did a background check in 10 minutes. So why is it taking these derelicts almost FOUR MONTHS!

I have been waiting almost a month now for an inaccuracy to be fixed in my report I have made 6 calls and sent numerous emails.The ineptitude of this company is appalling. I strongly urge companies to rethink using Checkr as you may loose out on quality employees due to their incompetence.

Checkr continually lies on my background report. There was an incident that was expunged.They missed the expungement five years ago and they got it fixed. Now five years later exactly the same thing. They missed my expungement. I even attempted many times to let them know this was expunged but they ignore me. Checkr is pure evil and messes with innocent lives

I have NEVER had an issue with a background check. I decided to get a motorcycle permit recently because I wanted to take up a hobby. Checkr,unfortunately, does not know the difference between a Motorcycle Permit and a Car License. A company I do contract work for redid background checks and I failed because Checkr is inaccuratly telling them I am not allowed to have passengers in my CAR. I was forced to take 15 days off while they reviewed this information. 15 Days without pay. Now I am out of a job altogether, and fail every other jobs background check because they blindly trust this scam website. They are ruining innocent people's lives, and SHOULD be sued.

Checkr is phenomenal. They helped me fix an issue I had with my background check, where someone used my name and committed a crime.It was super easy to dispute it with them. They investigated and fixed my record. Also, they offered to expunge my marijuana misdemeanor conviction in California, since I got it shortly before they legalized it here. These people are about their business. Super grateful.
