ShipBob lost my good of over 600 euro after many months of delays and refused to pay me for my goods.They are offering me $100 for losing my goods. This is my first time using them and has been my worst experience so far. I feel very sad about this. These people are criminals!

Shipbob is a complete scam, they will not set box to send as you need, will charge very high shipping fee and will insert a lot of fees that you don`t immagine.They will take all your business profit or even more. After 3PL needs raised few months ago, they took advantage of having lot of units and inserted new ways to charge even more fees. I will not accept and I will recover all cents that they charged trying to scam me and I recommend that who is not using, never use this option. And all others, check your balance on account and ask back in bank all additionalfees that they are scamming users. They do not respond support and it`s a complete disrespectful company.

Don't use ShipBob if you want a reliable 3pl. Their shipping costs are very expensive, they mark them up a lot.They will also tell you one price during onboarding, then once orders start shipping be ready for a rude awakening when your costs are a lot higher than what was initially told to you. They also make a lot of mistakes with shipping, they forgot to include many products in orders that had more than 1 item in it. They also forgot to put the product in shipments that only had 1 product... so yes they shipped my customer's empty packages. They owe me $1000 in credits and gave them my banking information over a month ago and I still do not have the money. I was told 3 times it was sent to my bank and I should get it by the end of the week. But I have yet to receive it still. They also have way more fees than many other 3pl. They have an onboarding fee of 500, then receiving costs of 25-35/hr, then also expensive storage fees. Overall your business will see a large decrease in your bottom line when using ShipBob. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Scambags! Please do not read all these fake reviews. There is nothing good about these people.
If youare thinking of a fulfilment storage for your company I beg you not to make the same decision as we did. All their customer service is in India and they do not understand what 'customer service' is.
We requested 81 pounds of our goods to be moved from West Coast to East Coast and prior to that we asked for the shipping. They send the link to their pricing which should be $146.74. So 2 days later, our credit card gets charged with $1,193.07. Now they say they never give any estimate before shipping. This makes zero sense - they mislead customers, lie and do not even call you back to try to resolve the issue. Filed fraud with the bank, and reported them with BBB.
Please go with Amazon or any other fulfilment center. They will charge you 2x what Amazon charges + ridiculuos monthly fees + bunch of hidden fees.
Biggest SCAM I have encountered in years. STAY AWAY!!!

This is my first time using this platform (ShipBob) and it is very intuitive and super simple to setup and use.I sent my inventory in and they received and it connected perfectly with my woocommerce store plugin. Honestly very easy to setup and making sales daily and shipping :)

From the first contact Aaron Hodes, and then Dominique Roman, we felt supported and informed wherewhenever we had an issue or a question they were right on it and highly responsive.
The only reason for 4 stars rather than five was on the basis that although the goods arrived at the center on the 20th of Feb, they were apparently only processed on the 24th.
However, we were very happy with Dominque's assistance and that of Aaron who kept in the loop

The ShipBob team, right from the start, gave me very personal attention. They took the time to learnabout my business and also to find solutions to solve complicated logistics issues having to do with my brands custom packing requirements. I can't image another company approaching this type of service with so much personal care, transparency, enthusiasm and creativity. I was impressed with how easy their website was to navigate too. They scheduled multiple screen-share sessions with me over Zoom (always with the same helpful person assigned to my account) to make sure I was an expert at the process by the time our partnership went online.
