Ellejo / Ellie Jo My experience with Acorn didn’t really go as I had expected, I’ve had ups and downs but I must say. After speaking with Ellie it’s clear she has a brilliant personality combined with insurance knowledge that shines through the call. Never have I ever had such a bliss phone call considering it was a Saturday and the last call of the day, Ellie’s clearly has what it takes to drive the team forward. Her energy moved me to come here and even write a review, which I RARELY do!

I was attended to by Rochelle from Liverpool. She was very lovely and kind to talk me through my renewal process. during the call that was an accident of the call ending. Rochelle tried to call me back as well as leaving a voicemail. In the end she gave great customer service, she talked me through every step of the way and assured that I totally understood my new policy. I hope she gets picked. Thank you Rochelle
Easy car insurance change over
Firstly ringing up was easy with the options provided it got me to where I needed to be in minutes. After a few minutes I was connected to Abi where I then proceeded to change my vehicle the process was easy to understand and follow and was completed quickly. I was spoken to politely and returned the politeness too. Overall it’s my first time with Acorn insurance and so far they have been so helpful with everything I need for car insurance.

Called Acorn for my van insurance
Called Acorn for my van insurance, as it has 4 named drivers, and converted to a part camper, it took a long time, but credit to Denise (Liverpool office), she was great, nothing was too much trouble, happy to try different options to reduce the excess for my lad. Great customer service, I’d recommend just on this point, but the policy was also cheaper. Thanks again Jon
