completely unethical! just discovered they are selling my mobile phone number and email address - which i never shared with them.when I challenged them, they said they 'voluntarily' removed my details from their database, which is a funny way of saying 'we got caught doing something unethical and potentially illegal so we hope you will go away now'read more

MedModus is an organisation that prides itself in its stringent take on EU Data Protection Regulations.We value our privacy as individuals and therefore we treat our customers the same way.
Apollo.io has crawled data from MedModus employees without their authorisation. In principle, GDPR estipulates that individuals have the right to specify who can store and process their data. Although there are some exceptions to this principle (e.g., compliance and regulations), Apollo.io certainly does not fall into these. Yet, Apollo.io has refused to comply with GDPR requests for deleting data.
Any organization contacting MedModus through data acquired via Apollo.io, either directly or indirectly, will be BARRED from doing business with us.read more
