I have had a MacBook Air for 5 years now. Recently, i upgraded the software, and my laptop has stopped recognising ALL my USB sticks since.I handle confidential data and have been provided with encrypted USBs for this purpose by my organisation, so I cannot just randomly buy MacOs compatible sticks off the internet or something. So I just cannot access the data on my laptop anymore, which is creating huge inconvenience and slowing down my work. This is a clear, ruthless strategy from the part of apple, who makes it extremely hard to find gadgets that are compatible with their products, just to sell their own, ridiculously overpriced and superior in design, but NOT in performance.read more

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max in December 2020 and I did an express replacement in March 2021 because my phone has a lot of performance issues,including unresponsive and Whenever I call someone it goes straight to voicemail and then I have to hang up and recall for it to go through.
Hence, I did an express replacement after a few attempts talking to apple support about my issues, and failed.
A few days after apple receiving the phone, I received an email saying that I will be charged an out of warranty fee, I immediately called apple regarding this and received mixed responses who told me to return my phone but wouldn’t give my old phone back. Then I talked another person who insisted that there’s no other options and they will charge money, and she was not very nice, as a senior advisor!!!
Very disappointed in apple customer support, I’ve been a customer since the iPhone 3GS, and have regularly upgraded the Apple Watch and MacBook and my family all used iPhones, but after this fiasco, I will never again use any apple products.
Please fix up your customer service or you will lose many loyal fans in the future.read more

I don't know why they rate apple so low like this carried the phone making from 2010-2021 like what Samsung is way worst.Consider lag it so bad and it not getting better apple is much better at handling that it just to expensive so I rate it a four.read more
90 year old made to return broken charger

I purchased an iPad for my mother’s 90th birthday and the charger is not working, 3 weeks ago,Apple have made her PAY for a replacement and she now has to package the faulty one and return it via the post at extra cost to her office for a refund
She has been shielding from the virus and I worried about going out, so I suggested she ring Apple back and ask them if it was absolutely necessary that the broken item is returned. She also has paperwork included in the package that says NOT TO RETURN THE FAULTY ITEM TO APPLE. She made the call and they totally dismissed her request and she now has to go to the post office. Shame on you Apple.!!!!!!!!read more

I bought the first apple computer, never had it before. It stopped working after 6 month and apple wanted me to pay about 1/3 of the prise (seriously)for repair even though it was still on guarantee. They claim something is physically broken inside but i never opened a computer or did anything to it. So i think they are lying to make me pay even more because I will never proof i didn't do anything to the computer. Honestly i think this is how Apple makes money.read more

Smooth service. I ordered some accessories just yesterday. Within 4 hours I had received an email confirming my order was on its way.Today my products were with me. All without paying a delivery charge!
I have a lot of Apple products and remain committed to them because the quality of the build is excellent. Yes you do pay a premium but when I’ve had a fault they’ve gone the extra mile to put things right. Definitely a company I will continue using.read more
