I've had a few instances where I needed to contact tech support (once their issue, the others were vendors).On each occasion the tech support staff solved my issues.
As for the products, some have been ok but must have been outstanding. Even with the Ok products, they have such potential that they are a worthy gamble if they pan out.

When I first heard of Appsumo, I thought it would only have irrelevant software that I would have no use for.Boy! Was I wrong! I just bought a CRM and Social medial posting tool for (a lifetime) for less than one month cost of the products! I wish I would’ve known of them sooner!

I've been a customer of appsumo's for around 5 years now and I can't recommend them enough.I've bought some cracking deals over that period of time and will continue to. Where they really stand out though is their support. They're a benchmark for what customer support should be like. They really do care about their customers, which is fantastic to see. Top tacos!!
