Awful, awful company. My order was first later than the time mentioned on the website when placing the order.When we finally received the item, we returned it immediately as it was not to our liking. After Archiproducts received the item back, they refused to refund me claming that the item was broken (eventhough there was no external damage visable on either the item or the packaging).

Order took 3 times as long as stated to be despatched. Then the items were reported as stolen at the DHL depot in Milan.I will be requesting a refund but am anxious as this seems like a scam. Don't use archiproducts.

problem with return due to customs

my order was delivered later than mentioned deadline but i experienced similar delays during same period with other seller,so i guess it's normal. customer service was helpful to get information. Then we had to return due to size mismatch (our mistake, underestimating the look) and they accepted even though we passed deadline. The problem we experienced to return was due to transporter(UPS) and customs. Danilo was helpful and followed our file. Even though it took quite long we were refunded.

I have ordered a TV stand in December and still hasn’t arrived in UK!
They took the money straightaway and the delivery time was 7-8 weeks
I have contact them about the delivery status and they were telling me that they are delays due to Brexit . The stand was delivered to the warehouse from the German company that is made but still is not with me and they don’t know when will arrive either, I have asked my bank to investigate as not sure if it ever comes anyway !

Bought the NARDI LEVANTE outdoor table, sold by ARCHIPRODUCTS. Estimated time for delivery was 2/3weeks and it arrived in Portugal exactly 2 weeks after I purchased it.
It arrived in nearly perfect condition, with only a minor piece of plastic broken (probably occurred during packaging). But because it was fixable by gluing it and located where it wouldn’t be seen, I didn’t saw any need to return the item.
Wasn’t aware that once you make a purchase there is no way to cancel it. For that to happen one needs to receive the item purchased and exercise ones “right of withdrawal”.
Got in touch with Archiproducts via WhatsApp immediately after the purchase (late afternoon) and they got back to me the morning of the next day.
All in all, it was a very good experience.

Outrageous and intolerable fraud!
In early January I ordered a lamp (for more than € 1.000,00) that,according to Archiproducts site, was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 weeks. As it was not delivered and I got no information from the company, I started complaining through their customers' department. After several emails exchanged (in which they, awkwardly, justified the delay with the pandemic situation, althougt no changes occured in the pandemic since the order was placed), I was told that the product would be delivered until 10th March. They didn't deliver the lamp and I canceled the order and demanded the immediate refund of the amount paid. Initially, they told me that it would be refunded within 10 days (something truly unbelievable in our days). But, what is exceedingly outrageous and unbearable, is that again they didn't comply with what they said, and no refund has been made until now! Definetly, a fraud! Never again!

Sellers to avoid: Itaca Design, Karol

I found a nice stool in this website. It sent me to Itaca Design (Barcelona) and I ordered it paying in two installments before receiving it.Very expensive but I liked the design. It was sent by an Italian company, Karol. Both of these companies have professional websites and seem legitimate. However, the seat arrived with the paint coat seriously damaged. I sent pictures, complained, and they sent another one, telling me to recycle the first or paint it myself to give it some other use. The second arrived also damaged in two of the corners. New pictures, new complaint. Itaca Design apologized and that was it.
After I wrote a bad review, a representative from Itaca Design called me and offered to send me a kit of paint to repair it myself. I have just received it -a small plastic container with paint and a little sponge, no instructions-. However, I’m changing from one star to two stars in this evaluation because at least they offered a solution, though it was not entirely satisfactory.
In any case, Karol should have better quality control and a better packaging system.
Archiproducts Brands should think twice about featuring their products.
