Ordered a PC screen from Asos, the item I received was broken. I contacted in order to solve the matter - Asos claimed they are not responsible and wouldn't fix/change the screen,after a long argument, I managed to sort a lab checking. I was told in 3 days they will come to take my screen and didn't for 2 weeks, after lab check I was told the screen was fixed, it was delivered and the screen was still not working!!! I contacted once again and got the same answer that they are not responsible, the manager told me don't care and won't assist. After making some noise I got their attention and was told they will replace the screen, again was contacted to pick up the screen, no one showed up for a month. they picked my screen and contact was lost. i had sent my laptop to asus to repair the webcam and i got my computer a mounth later and it workedfor like 24hours and after that the webcam stoped working again!

Purchased a new Asus laptop, was missing a piece of firmware to make webcam work. Returned the original and purchased the same model (this time with working webcam),but within a few weeks the charger began to emit smoke and sparks from its casing. Elected to throw the charger out, due to safety concerns and reached out to notify Asus and ask if there was any way charger could be replaced since the laptop was less than three months old. After several weeks of no reply, purchased replacement charger at own cost in order to use laptop for work (as was intended with original purchase) - after also attempting to use three different models of universal chargers which claimed to be compatible with Asus laptops (and which were compatible with my older model Asus laptop but not the new model). After purchasing new charger, finally heard from Asus Customer Care who told me I would have to send the entire laptop in for an inspection (which I would have to pay for). Replied that I needed the laptop for work and that it had been the casing of the charger that had been emitting the sparks. Didn't hear anything for another three months, then received email from new customer service rep, asking me to send the laptop in for (paid) inspection. Replied again, reiterating that I couldn't send the laptop in but asking if Asus would be able to reimburse the cost of the replacement charger since I only purchased it after not hearing back from their CS team. Two months later, received final email from a third customer service rep, asking me to once again send the laptop in for (paid) service inspection before they could address any of my concerns.

Asus' customer service is the worst

I was having problems with my pc linked to Asus' own firmware while having active warranty but they had no interest in giving any advice to solve the issue by myself,their only answer was basically "send your laptop over and pay us a lot of money, we'll fix it for you." Not really helpful whatsoever.

Just the worst customer service. Received a motherboard with a fault every time I put PC into sleep or hibernation mode,the "solution" I was given was to just turn my PC off at the wall each time I no longer want to use it. absolute clowns. Wish I had read the reviews here and bought a different brand mobo.

GTX1650 Replacement Problems

Bought a new ASUS GTX1650 from microcenter. being the times we are in mincrocenter cannot replace the card,only refund the money. So i contacted ASUS for replacement as it is under warranty and is only 2 days old and was dead on arrival. I was informed that they would not replace the card with a new one, rather they wanted me to pay to ship the existing card to them to be possibly repaired. if the card could not be repaired i was informed that they could potentially issue me a refurbished one NOT a brand new one. Overall terrible customer support options, and quite inconvenient for the customer. I will never again buy an ASUS product. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to go with EVGA for everything as their policies are very good and look out for you the best they can. ASUS is trash.
