Getting my money back wasn't so easy as…
Getting my money back wasn't so easy as it was strenuous and tiring.Initially, they started asking for unnecessary paperworks and documents as part of their ploy to delay. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Michelle a renowned recovery specialist' Mrs (joemichellejmj) At (G. MA!!l) and I got my money back after a long charge-back process as companies hate being hit with a charge back as it dampens the reputation.

What do you mean I registered through a third party? You disabled trading due to security?It seemed secure enough uploading id documents, mobile number and to add card details, then transfer money in.
Shocking experiemce. Setting up an account entails giving up copies of passport or driving license and utility bill. May be cos my utility bill was dated 6 months, perhaps not good enough... But they do not tell you that, you got to spend half your life reading pages and pages of ads and distracting gazillion unrelated stuff. - nothing is intuitive.. AvaTrade is happy to transfer money in from your bank - before your id docs been approved. I thought the courtesy welcome telephone call and follow up email seeking feedback was some form of decoy encouraging me to deposit money in to begin trading... It would not allow me to log in using windows app, only via smartphone - weird. Also will. ot alliw me to withdraw the money, either so I can't walkaway. May. e that's the scam?!
I intend to report this shrewd scheme to Financial Regulator and trading standards.
They clearly think you're over a barrel having put in a lot of effort, handing over personal details, put money in and no obvious way to get it back. Can't withdraw your cash and close the damn account either.
Suspicious email warning me that I had somehow "registered via a third party" (really?) How is that even possible? Ava Trade takes account registrations via third parties? But locks the accounta because it. laims tgird parties can't be trusted? Why accept proxy accounts then? And why don't your third party associates say thos whenthey are posing to be you - I didn't go looki g foe them and mu accou t was setup at AvaTrade.com.
No sense!!!
My account has been locked for safety reasons?.. Nightmare.!!!
Oh. and thanks TrustPilot, for automatically (i.e. No choice to opt out) from registering me with an account- for allowing me to warn others about trick being played. I look forward to to being flooded with your ads..

I made over € 26,000 loss through the system !! the beginning it was ok,then there were unannounced rollovers, take profits with high losses instead of profits and no contact with customer service.
81% of customers have losses! With the terms and conditions, you quickly notice that the company does not want to keep customers long, for example, as a customer you only have 1 day to comment, otherwise the complaint will no longer be processed and further emails will be ignored! High costs and a SLOW system during the important trading hours must also be expected here. I secured the help of a recovery specialist who helped me retrieve a fair amount of my lost funds without any hitch, and I would highly recommend the many others globally who have been affected or in similar situation to get in touch with him via email DeniseBurche;aolc0m.
I'm terrified and disappointed that this company would put their reputation on the line like this but I have to believe that justice will prevail ultimately!
