The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates, MSME, Agriculture and Retail Businesses. The Bank has a large footprint of 4,528 domestic branches (including extension counters) with 12,044 ATMs & 5,433 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March, 2020. The overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eleven international offices with branches at Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai (at the DIFC), Colombo, Shanghai and Gift City-IBU; representative offices at Dhaka, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and an overseas subsidiary at London, UK. The international offices focus on corporate lending, trade finance, syndication, investment banking and liability businesses. Axis Bank is one of the first new generation private sector banks to have begun operations in 1994. The Bank was promoted in 1993, jointly by Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) (then known as Unit Trust of India), Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC), National Insurance Company Ltd., The New India Assurance Company Ltd., The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and United India Insurance Company Ltd. The share holding of Unit Trust of India was subsequently transferred to SUUTI, an entity established in 2003. With a balance sheet size of Rs. 9,15,165 crores as on 31st March 2020, Axis Bank has achieved consistent growth and with a 5 year CAGR (2014-15 to 2019-20) of 15% each in Total Assets, Deposits and Advances. ‘Open' is more than a sign that hangs on our door. I was informed in the email that my query will be solved in 5 working days with Service Request no.210324435054. No action has been taken. When I called the customer care this morning Mr.Imran how is repeatedly saying that the number I have called is not the register number. I have several times told him it is my registered number which is connected to my credit and saving accounts. But he was not checking any details instead he is just trying to transfer me to IVR. He was not even transferring the call to Manager. Customer care people are not helpful at all. They can never solve the problem. Why have my credit scores been reduced?? for what reason??? I have never availed the facility of credit card.... Why there is the outstanding amount showing in the credit score??? I have got a zero balance statement from your own bank. It is such mental harassment from the bank. What a fraud bank Axis is. Just minting money from customers for no reason. Mentally it is very disturbing.

I recently opened an NRE/NRO account online ( January 2021). They asked me to get attestation of myKYC documents from one of the following below: Overseas bank Public notary Indian bank in the UK Indian Embassy I tried my overseas bank and they said they stopped doing this service long ago. I contacted notary public services they gave me a quote of £175, which is very expensive to open a bank account. I contacted Axis bank in London and they said they are working from home now and they have no idea when they return to the office and said they can’t give any prior appointment they can only say a day before. How can we get an off from the work if they say a day before? They are ridiculous. I didn’t contact the Indian embassy, because it is very far from the place where I live. I don't know how could I get signed the KYC documents. They guided me in the wrong way telling me that if I know anyone in Axis bank in India, they might take my application form and KYC documents without attestation and send them to Mumbai Headoffice. It doesn't work. I paid for consolidation charges and for debit cards which I never used it. They need to update the criteria to open the account. I feel very disappointed with the service. Never use Axis bank.

THE WORST BANK EVER. Incompetent scumbags and liars! Especially the Napean Sea Road Branch.They haven't been honest or truthful about even one single thing. NOT ONE SINGLE THING. They have literally lied about everything. Let me give you a list of all the things they lied or messed up about 1- They said my account would be opened and I would receive both debit cards and chequebook within 10 business days (i actually got all of the things mentioned above after 2 months) 2- They messed up the phone numbers assigned to the account holders and couldn't fix it on time 3- the second debit card wouldn't arrive even after multiple promises made by them of it arriving within a week after me going directly to the branch to ask about the delay ( i got the card after more than a month of my visit to the branch) 4- The printed my name wrong on the debit card 5- when they sent me a new debit card with the correct name, I was charged for it for no fault of my own 6- They said they would refund the money that was charged to me but I have yet to receive that refund to date. Please DO NOT BE a part of this cesspool of a bank

I got call from axis bank again an again that u have offer a life time free credit card offer afterthis when they delivered cradit card to me i received a chargeable cradit card after few months bank started to deduct money from my account without any messages now I am calling to costomer care to close this cradit card but they are advising me about their different offer but they are not agree to close cradit card for closing cradit card they are asking minimum money but I didn't use this cradit card most of the people are lair now I feel that I have to go to police station then they will close my credit card otherwise not

Hi Guys please do not open axis bank account i have taken PL for the amount of 1.35 from this bank and this is my first loan in my entire life.paid the EMI for 2 years but when i called the customer care asking for the foreclosure they are telling me that i need to pay 103000/- i don't on wat basis they are asking me to pay that much amount.
