Worst service ever! FRAUD

Worst service ever!! I been trying for a month in person and on phone to cancel a credit card,after talking with 18 different bank agents and nobody can cancel my credit card or give me some proof of cancelation. I was told by a bank teller that my line of credit was cancelled on its own and didn't need to cancel it. Next thing I receive in the mail is a bill to pay interest with card not being used at all. Even the manager at bank couldn't and wouldn't cancel it, so frustrating!!!

Worst customer service ever seen

I've had to deal with bad customer service but this is certainly the worst I've seen in my life.After having blocked my payment card for a payment that was considered fraudulent which was not, I have been fighting for 2 days and 6 hours of communication to unblock this card with no results. They pass me from service to service without any solution to me. An extremely rare incompetence

Banamex is a scam!

I am a tourist with a house and car in playa del carmen, Mexico, through a Mexican friend,got insurance for my car and house, I had a claim after 3 years having the insurance, this is since last year July 13 that I called to place the claim, the adjuster came on 08/02/18 and since, they keep asking for documents, I had give everything that they ask for, including my Canadian account to get a deposit, knowing that it will be impossible to have that deposit, they came back a week later saying that they can make a deposit so I told them, I told you so, tody is 01/26/19 I had asked since last year to deposit in the same account where they get the money, Hector Mishel Xospa, he never respond emails and when he does is to ask for more documents like the account that we had been giving several times. Useless people, this is a scam NO just for me also for my friend had some problems, so bottom line, This is a scam!!! They take your money but at the moment you need their service, they careless about their job and what they do with customer, just check other reviews about their service.
