Purchasing a bra is a daunting task and not the most pleasant experience for me however,I had a good prior experience with Bare Necessities and thought to try them again. Unfortunately, the order received needed to be returned and like bra shopping, the returning processes can be just as cumbersome. Not the case at all with Bare Necessities and the gem of a Service Representative and Bra Specialist, NIASHIA. She literally, hands down, turned my frown completely upside down in her professionalism, problem solving, efficient, and amazingly calm demeanor. Her explanations of how to return, reordering, sizing, how to select with so many options (kudos to Bare Necessities on many options and selections on their in stock inventory), and other company tidbits was beyond exceptional Customer Service and Satisfaction. She is the perfect representation of Bare Necessities and solidified a repeat customer. As far as the products, my prior experience was great, good fit, style, and size which is why I returned. Though I was initially disappointed with this recent purchase, it was on me not Bare Necessities. I am eagerly awaiting my reorder of quality bras. My overall experience with Bare Necessities has exceeded expectations with both the products and their Customer Service.

Have to say that I finally decided to try Bare Necessities out and ordered a bra - email stated delivered by 4/8/2021 then all of the sudden changed to 4/20/2021,that is nuts to wait that long. I will be cancelling my order and going somewhere else

We love bare necessities! We have ordered from them several times now as I have an almost 16 yr old who wears a 36g us size bra.On the site we have found many bras that she loves with the fit she needs. Our most recent purchase was a Frey’s bikini swim suit and while the top fit perfectly the bottom we ordered was a bit too large. We contacted customer service and spoke to Marissa who was very helpful in explaining the exchange process. Marissa went above and beyond to help us. We are now exchanging the bottom for a smaller size and my daughter is thrilled! It’s great to have a place that caters to women of all ages that are more endowed on top with cute and trendy suits that aren’t matronly! Thank you!
