Since its founding 95 years ago, a lot has happened: what began as a wholesale operation has developed over the years to become an international fashion company. In our exclusive online shop BestSecret, as well as our fashion stores in the heart of Munich, in Aschheim, Frankfurt am Main and Vienna / Vösendorf, we offer designer fashion, accessories and interior products from over 3,000 selected designer brands for women, men and children – all at unbeatable prices. From our state-of-the-art warehouse in Poing near Munich we supply both the fashion stores as well as our online space. How to become a member? Access to the online shop BestSecret and the Schustermann & Borenstein stores is by-invite only. To become a member, you must be referred to join by another member or come through one of our limited and exclusive partnerships. Memberships can be found in anything from your magazine subscription to your credit card benefits package. However we do limit the number of members that come through partnership channels and can close the door at our perceived capacity. Why did we make the community exclusively members only? So that we could negotiate the best deals with thousands of high street and luxury brands across a whole department store range of items – all at up to 80% off their standard retail price.

It's been 2 weeks now since my order status was last updated and the customer service did ABSOLUTELYNOTHING.
I sent numerous messages and emails to their customer service and all the social media I could find.
They'll tell you that they will "investigate" and then you'll never hear from them again.
Their strategy is "If we keep ignoring them, they'll just forget they ever ordered anything."
You want to spend a generous amont of money and not get anything in return? You like emailing with ghosts? Than this is the company for you.
You actually want to get what you paid for? Then you're better off buying the item you want in the store, even if it's more expensive.
It's not worth the time and energy you'll spend worrying and emailing to a non-existent customer service.

The service I received was awful. The delivery has not even been done and the delivery company the best secret is using provide absolutely incorrect information and misleading information.There are quite a lot of problems with Itella in Latvia which is used by DHL. Besides, The customer service of best secret cannot solve any problems and refund the amount within the short period of time. I have been waiting for more than two weeks. I would not suggest anyone this company.

Absolute shait hole, my item was shipped with DHL in March and it's middle of May now,no item no refund.
And don't even try and give the same automated response, you give others.
I have already contacted the correct authorities and action is being taken.
Anyone who has similar complaint can contact me via facebook, i wouldn't like to here if there is anyone who's problem got solved via refund?

I don't understand this 3.4 rating since their customer service is im fact NON EXISTENT.I tried e mail and Facebook- nothing for 2 days now. There is a problem with the delivery, NO ONE has contacted me or rang a bell of my house and they returned package to sender claiming they tried to deliver it three times.

Paid order on April 10th, like shown goods were sent on April 12th, till now i hadn't received.Few times contacted customer service, first got asnwer to wait, second time, standard answer that they investigate it. I Wrote email to refund money, second day hadn't received answer from them. (previuosly asnwered in few hours). Still waiting...

I placed my order on 20th April and it should have been arrived at my place in 4 to 8 days. On 29th April,I haven't received an update for 3 days and when I finally did on that day, it said that the carrier wasn't able to find my place and it's returned to their warehouse. Ok. The Easter came, I undestood the situation. By the 07th May, the carrier have "tried" 3 times to "find" me. I haven't one email to clarify my adress or even my situation. The carrier tried 3 times to find me but didn't contact me once.Today, 10th May, at 4 am, my order was delivered, to who? I don't know, but it wasn't me for sure. How could this amazing carrier that you're partner with not find me 3 times, but for the 4th time, AT 4 AM, he delivered the order.I didn't receive a thing and the Customer Service didn't bothered to response to my large list of emails that I've sent to them. I guess they don't know how to write in English. Maybe it's not BestSecrets's fault for all I've experienced, but if you care about your customers, at least hire new people for the Customer Service. I'm working on a Customer Service department and I know what is going on in one
