Betterdoctor sent me a fax with the name of an insurance I am paneled with on top,as though that is who the correspondence was from. Reading further, it is yet another request to 'update' my profile that doesn't exist. Really gross they are now pretending to be affiliated with insurance panels to pressure practitioners into participating.

We have been receiving quarterly updates from betterdoctor.com. WHY??? We are NOT a patient oriented business.We are Adult Day Care and have been in existence, at the same location for 45 years. Please stop requesting these quarterly updates, as we are not out soliciting patients! WE DON'T HAVE PATIENTS. We Have long term participants. I will not be returning anymore faxes or mail correspondences.

We dont want this unsolicited mail from this company. They are sending our info validation requests to our patients address - not sure where they are even getting that from.WE dont want to deal with them and want them to stop sending us mail or email or fax

Busy doctors don’t need BetterDoctors. I hope they go bankrupt so that they go away. They are redundant to CAQH,which insurers already use. I can’t believe they have VC investors, what an uninspired company. Those investors are stupid too, should have done their homework on CAQH. No relative is a doctor who could have told any of them about that?

We've asked repeatedly to be removed from BetterDoctor fax and email lists, yet the barrage of review and overdue review requests continue.As we've told them via support at betterdoctor.com, we make necessary changes when and as they occur within our organization - there's simply no need or purpose for their quarterly reviews. Also, as stated by another reviewer here, no plan we've spoken with knows anything about this organization so it's wasted time and energy on our part.
We just want them to leave us alone and our requests only result in more useless explanations.

I have not received any request from any insurance asking me to provide my practice information to these people.It is not a reliable business. Not like CAQH, etc.

I get emails from "Melissa" at Better Doctor. I verify given a code. Next week I get a fax from better doctor.I get snail mails from Better Doctor
They are taking so much of my time and not making me a Better Doctor.
I have verified so many times. Who are they?
I mostly use CAQH to verify as most insurance companies use CAQH.
I now put anything from Better Doctor into the Spam folder.
