Bithumb.com is not safe for users outside Korea. They will close your account without giving you any notice and they will keep your funds.Bithumb.com has a very bad support function so it is impossible to contact them if something goes wrong. After they close your account you will need to employ a law firm to recover your funds/money You have been warned

Bithumb was a decent company until mid February and it showed me what a scam company they are.Disabled my wallet with over $16500 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Fored seeak and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Foredseeak.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

Honestly, the worst exchange I’ve ever experienced. The exchange is holding over $8K,but trying to get any kind of support is impossible. I’ve tried Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and opening a support ticket on the website but they speak minimal English and just keep sending me the same generic message: “Dear User, Please be patient. Many thanks, Bithumb Staff” It’s now been over 4 weeks and I’m no closer to gaining access to my funds. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
