Support is one of the worst out there. You are alone !
Save your energy or money. There are plenty of open source solutions out there that may work for you.For us the only pros is the telephony integration.
About cons :
1) Outdated documentantion for on premise (some articles are 7 years old and this the official articles the support team will send you also.
2) SUPPORT ! If you manage to get a reply its a miracle. If you manage to resolve (lol) your issue maybe try your luck at a Casino after that...

This is the typical Bitrix24 Support answer for a paid on-premise business edition (cost us 9000$). After 2 days they maybe reply with a poor answer and if you reply will contact you again in 2 days. And this in going on and on...
If you dont have high budget in order to hire a Bitrix partrner or a technical in house team don't go for it. Its requires high tech knowledge. If you have the budget and the time and a good bitrix partner then you be able to do magic with this product.

After testing with many products out there, our team liked the features offered by bitrix24 as a project management,leave management tool over the past few months. We are still continuing with the free account and apart from the learning curve team has no concerns. Therefore, I would recommend bitrix24 for any teams that are working remotely.

Bitrix is kinda OK. It gets the stuff done, but I think there are much betterplatforms out there.
So make sure to look around and see others before jumping on bitrix!
