We bought our Blendjet roughly 6 months ago. We have been using it religiously since.Then just in the last few days starting having issues with it. Reached out to Blendjet and after a couple messages back and forth, they are sending us a replacement part. With customer service being at a all time low, Blendjet stepped up and shined. Awesome customer service, and you have a customer for life!

I had bought this in college(Oklahoma) but because of the pre order I was already at home(Washington)when it shipped. I emailed the company and they said once they got it back in their hands they could reship it so, I called ups and put in a redirect request and after about a week and a half I got my blendjet. After I received my blendjet I put some soap and water in it and it cleaned it self very nicely then I put in frozen strawberries, a banana, approximately 4oz of soy milk, and some protein powder and it blended perfectly with no chunks or anything and I was amazed. Eventhough it took a while to get, it came without damage and produced a great smoothie. Thank you if you read this whole thing because it was long.read more

Excellent customer service. Product works as advertised and was shipped promptly after ordering.
When a defect was discovered unknown of the cause,a same day response and resolution of the issue was made by Blendjet support (specifically Meaghan) with a no-charge replacement part being ordered and shipped.read more

I was assisted by Sean and he was great. He solved my problem in a heartbeat and I could tell he was genuine and authentic.I felt like a person and not like a number and now adays that is rare from companies. As usual customer service was excelent and I am super happy with my blendjet, my sleeve and my jetpacks.read more

Hiatus... Honestly, It's been a while since I used my BlendJet and for a minute I thought it was broken/defective (I didn't know about the Lock Mode)Lol. Luckily, I reached out and I quickly got it resolved! Thanks for the quick reply from the customer service, Daniel. The quickest that I have gotten so far from any customer service through email. It was like real-time chatting. Blending days are here again!read more

I just received my Baileys Colada BlendJet today. As soon as I took it out the box to charge it the strap broke off.Let’s see if it will blend well. So far I’m disappointed with my purchase.read more

First I want to start off by saying the Quick Response and Constant Communication that I got from Amanda at Blend Jet support was phenomenal.There was an error in the one of the colors that I received when I ordered two Blend Jet 2. I sent an email and I got a response quickly. I mean later that night. I was put in contact with Amanda from support. Amanda and I were in contact daily. I’m talking at least five emails or more daily. She was doing everything she could to get the right color. Unfortunately we did find out that they happen to be out of the color my daughter originally wanted but I wasn’t aware if that when I ordered and it didn’t tell me that even after I received the blend jet. It stated tue color I chose on the packing slip but the color wasn’t what I ordered. Amanda got back to me quickly I mean not even 24 hours later to tell me that they didn’t have the original color my daughter wanted. So I was explaining to Amanda the souls purpose of making this purchase was that I fell in love with the Blend Jet 1 and I wanted an upgrade and my daughter loved it as well so for her graduation present I wanted to get her one too. I had placed the order in plenty of time. I placed the order in the beginning of May. I received the Blend jets like in the middle of May only to have one of them the wrong color. My daughter was so upset. I got in contact with support and from then on me and Amanda became Email~Pals. She told me that she would make sure that Lexi my daughter would have it before her graduation and that they would send me a matching color sleeve for my daughter as a Graduation Present from BlendJet! Well the week went by nothing came in the mail it was getting closer to the end of the month and nothing. I reached out to Amanda again and something went wrong while she was off from work. That day she returned to work she got in touch with someone and got me a confirmation that another color my daughter chose was sent out and it was sent out Priority and would be at my house in three to four days. It arrived in three days I believe. I was Blown away. I did let Amanda know that as soon I receive the return label and package I will be sending the wrong color back to BlendJet. Amanda went Above and Beyond to make my daughters graduation present arrive before she graduates on June 3. Amanda Always kept in the loop of what was going on and apologized so many times. I knew that things can happen but what matters the most is how you make it right. Amanda and BlendJet did that. They stand by what they say. Great Company ~ Awesome Product and Yes I will be back to purchase me a matching Purple Sleeve and even some of the smoothie packs that I’ve been eyeing on. Thank you so much for making my daughter happy and standing by your Product and your Word. I’m so Blessed that I was put in contact with Amanda she truly deserve a lot of recognition for how Patient and Thorough she was with me.
