Well well well, where to begin with this little piece of heaven. Made an account, accepted deposits,no dramas.. I sent bitcoin from my trading wallet to my holding wallet (now called Private Key wallet).
I sent this on the 26th March, and straight away put into review, thought nothing of it and did a transaction the day after, did the same thing and it cleared into my holding account with no dramas, but still this other transaction is still pending, still in review..
So I spoke to customer care (or should be called don't care) and they told me its still in review.. yes thanks I can see that myself.. they raised it and promised me an email back.. finally got an email asking me for the KYC info.. sent it all.
And well, since then I've heard nothing.. no email to say they have it or its been approved and the several times I've been on live chat they have also not sent emails back to say they've found an answer for me..
I just want an answer apart from its still in review.. I know its in review.. to this end I want to close my account but can't because they still have my money.. which I can see dropping in value but can't do anything about it..

Worst ever, they take your money easy enough but I have been trying to sell my crypto on highs and buys lows,classic investing. However I can’t sell my crypto with this server and now my money is locked into them and I don’t know if I’ll ever see it again!!! So if you don’t care about accessing your money then I guess you’d be happy. No support to find out how to get money and they lock out comments on their site so you can’t warn others. Stay away

Accepted multiple payments from me amounting to a significant quantity of bitcoin.Left it for a while. When I realised how much it had appreciated. Whilst trying to enter my account I got a bit confused, blockchain lead me to make a second account with the same email. This overwrote my previous account meaning I could no longer reset the password. Thousands lost and the support team are rude untrusting and pretty much useless!!!
Thankyou for your response, however I presume it will take 6 months for your support to acknowledge my complaint and then after that take several days between each individual email. On top of which they will eventually give up trying to help me and just ignore my questions and send me an automated response. Your support is an embarrassment and I believe the only reason this site survives is by defrauding its customers for their funds. I can't find a single positive review that isn't paid for or fake. I speak for myself and many others, we hate blockchain and we are tired of trying to reclaim our stolen money. Please don't embarrass yourself by blatantly lying and dodging reviews anymore. Thanks :)

This app/website is just a scam, DO NOT USE THEM!!! They looked pretty legitimate so I purchased £25 worth of Bitcoin to see if it was.Unfortunately, it seems to be a criminal organization that allows you to purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc but you have to store it in the wallet they use and without any warning they will just empty your wallet inexplicably. AVOID! Should be banned from trading!!! Good reviews must be fakes.
