I ordered a Christmas gift. It is now February 24th and still no sign of it. Every time I write askingwhere it is I get the same “I will have check with the such and such department” however last time they did say it shipped. Pretty sure the tracking number is bogus as it hasn’t moved. I’m not an angry person but this whole experience has been rage inducing. No offer for a refund either after 2 months of bs.
Update: I finally received my order. 3 months later. The product itself (personalized air freshener) is extremely well done and I am super happy with that. Changing to 3 stars to reflect happiness with quality of product. Would be 5 but for crap service.read more
