Misleading Delivery Info - UK Buyers Please Read

I have used BB for years without any issues with delivery. The order i recently placed charged me much more for delivery than normal just under £8.Was happy to pay as i know the products are always great but the shipping prior to the order was 3-7 days expensive for the price of shipping but i was happy enough to proceed. I then get an alert to tell me that my order won't be with me till the 7th April, that is 16 days from the day i placed it. I emailed BB to find out why it was taking so long considering it cost me a good amount for delivery for that price i should be getting a much quicker service. Turns out that BB no longer have a warehouse in UK so it will come from US. This is fine i have no issues with this but i feel that BB should make this clear before i make the purchase for that amount of time and delivery cost i might as well just gone elsewhere which i would have done. Plus the email they sent back pretty much avoided why it wasn't made clear at the time of order that this will take much longer instead of saying 3-7 days delivery time. Sadly will probably be my last order with BB which is really a shame, hopefully BB will once again ship from the UK or least EU. UK buyers beware of the delivery times.

I was in a real pinch, my sups were running dry, I needed a refill and actually paid for shipping (bad things always happen when you don’t plan ahead)Then laser ship done sent my package to the wrong place! With one email the Customer Service group of BB.com sprung into action! Kardio Kelly ran around and found out what happened, she got the ball moving back the right direction! Crush it Courtney then comes in and slams the ball! BOOM! Package delivered 1 day after my last scoop of NO Xplode and I am back in action. Thanks again for all the great work y’all do at BB.com!!!
