Bottega Veneta needs to retrain their customer support staff. It is extremely disappointing for a high end brand to have such low quality customer support.When I called to ask about an order that was cancelled after I was charged, they simply said they don’t know why it was cancelled and that I should simply try again. Keep in mind that this is after 2 days of waiting - I had ordered this for my SO birthday and because of their low quality customer support, the bag did not arrive in time. Also, it took them over 42 hours to open my reply to their verification request email, even after I called them and ask them to check it themselves (as to avoid delays since I had ordered the next day shipping option). For someone selling lamb skin bags, they really do have some pig skin customer support.

Outstanding customer service. The team went out of their way. A luxury brand should do a good job,but the team in Tyson's Corner took pictures of the product in store so I could see it without the lighting used on the website and were in constant contact. Shipped it to me in DC so I could save on taxes and it came in a day.

The worst customer service in my 68 years. I began a purchase online of handbag. The computer took me back to google and I again went in and ordered handbag.Then I got two confirmations - one for one handbag and one for 2 handbags - over $9,000 charge on my cc. It was 12/24. I immediately emailed them and explained what had happened. On 12/26 I called and spoke with an agent and told her what happened. She said she would call warehouse and stop second order and call me back. She never did. On Tuesday - which was now 12/29 I finally get a response from my 12/24 email saying oops too late - already shipped. I call again and ask for manager. The most snotty, arogant woman gets on and tells me they don't check emails for 48 hours - I say from 12/24 to 12/29 - excluding Sunday and holidays means you should have got back to me on Monday, 28. Also I called and your agent promised to stop mailing on 12/26. They did not mail second package till the 29th - 3 days they had to stop it. Then she tells me since package went out this date she will call fedex and stop and refund for two bags. I say okay and to email me and let me know. less than 30 minutes later I get an email saying oops its gone. So now I am sending everything back and will never purchase from them again - their stores or their products. For the cost of their products - they need a complete retrain on customer service. No empathy, no admission of their error, nothing.

A few weeks ago I bought the popular Tire boots from the Bottega Veneta website and I was happy to be able to find them in my size as they were sold out in other places.The package came fast. However, the packaging was a bit underwhelming in comparison to purchases from other luxury brands. They came in their box but the box was a bit damaged. I would have hoped for their lovely green shopping bags too. I know it's about the shoes, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed because I also like the packaging if I buy from luxury shops. Other then that, I'm happy with my purchase.

I purchased a handbag online as a birthday present for myself. I did not like the Cassette Bag Chain (extremely heavy and bulky in person).The next day I called Botega Veneta in Miami Design District to return the handbag, however he instructed me they do not accept returns in store and to return VIA UPS. I did just that, and it has been two weeks without any contact from the company regarding my refund nor any refund at all. I tried emailing and calling the company with the tracking number (it did indeed reach their return warehouse) on several occasions and have not had any luck reaching anybody. The customer service does NOT exist with Botega Veneta. I am very surprised that a brand I thought was a high end brand does not have any customer service at all. I returned it 5 days later VIA UPS instructions and have not heard back after two weeks.

Absolutely the worst service!!! And poor quality. Bought the cassette bag in beige.Wore it for 20 minutes and noticed a slight colour transfer from my jeans, took it straight back to bottega to be swapped and they would not help me. They only offered to clean. This is terrible service. They never informed me that this could happen to such an expensive bag however the quality is so poor they don’t even include the colour transfer on the warranty, They still have my bag. Also they want to send it away for 1 month to be cleaned instead of just replacing it. Still dealing with their terrible service. I will be writing a review on every single platform I can find and have also contacted a lawyer to deal with them. This is not right or fair trading to anyone aNd needs to be stopped and changed immediately

Stay away from them, stay away from their Padded low sandals model ref. 609105VBRR09122. WORST customer service EVER,the shoes broke after only five days of use, shown to them, Retail price € 550 They replied to us without even apologizing for the inconvenience saying that it was due to the use?!? After only 5 days and used just for go out fo dinner?! Disappointed by the very low quality and even worse by their customer service, I own Zara sandals better than these. Badly spent money, never again Bottega Veneta.
