We use Breathe at work and I have to say they have the worst possible customer service.No one replies for ages if you have a problem logging into your account and if they even do at some point you will be lucky if they solve the problem.

I have been working with Breathe for close to 4 years. Breathe as a software product has been a transformation tool for my clients.It has changed how the operate for the better on so many levels. They have data, metrics, information, knowledge. We can empower MD’s, HR, Finance, Line Managers and employees - providing consistent, easy accessible and GDPR proof information. The cost reductions on time saved, accurate data stored and accessibility to support clients remotely via cloud functionality are a few of the many benefits.
Partnering with the Breathe team is one of the best customer experience I have ever had and I am proud to work and collaborate with such a great team who have the same vision.

I really enjoy using Breathe! It is a user friendly software which can be accessed from anywhere atany time - which is particularly good when booking holidays.

Breathe has saved us countless hours in HR admin, it has significantly improved the experience of our team,it's made us more efficient and I am still amazed at how little it all costs, and how simple it is to use.
We implemented Breathe about 7 years ago. We wanted to ditch paperwork and put the power of information in the hands of the employees and their direct line managers. Breathe was simple to implement and through it's constant evolution we've continued to be impressed at how relevant and easy to use it remains.
We've ditched HR paperwork, everything is now in one portal. I love that staff can access and update their own details, line managers can see all of their team in one place, and management of things like expenses, annual leave and sickness has become fully automated. This saves us hours each month.
We also simple to use reports out of the box, that allow us to make good decisions, and does simpe things, like making sure we never forget to celebrate a staff birthday.
I read a couple of the negative reviews below and I honestly think they must be reviewing a different product, this is entirely relevant for any SME, it certainly does not require an HR manager to set it up, it's attractive to staff and I could not recommend it more highly.

The platform delivers what promises. Of course, there is not a 100% fit for every company's needs,this is why you should first open a Demo account to see if it fits yours.
The 5 stars review comes from the great (and different) company culture, which is visible and straightforward when interacting with them. Nice, kind and responsible.

Had to move away to a more modern platform which was newer to the market. The main reason was embarrassment,its 2019, your software looks like it was developed by a college student for course work back in 2008. Promises of 'new release' 'updated interface' ended up being a couple of colour changes. #failedpromises

Having used Breathe for a number of months now, this system is clearly designed for large companies and not SME's such as ours.The UI/UX is particularly clunky and as such requires a significant amount of time for users to be able to understand the logic of how it all works - we have to go through the help process to try and understand the most basics of HR management. As an SME we have neither the time nor resource to spend hours trying to do the most fundamental things. This is not for the "occasional user" you really need to have dedicated HR staff to understand and operate it effectively. For our sized company (20-25 employees) it's very much overkill.
