I am really glad not only with the knowledge which you can receive through the platform but also anexcellent customer service. Regarding the lessons which Bussu platform provides I can say that you can expect to receive really good understanding of each level and of major topics. However, in order to fully master the language and get to specifics you will need to use additional resources. Overall I recommend bussu for those who want to get to the level A2-B1 and even beginning of B2.

If I could offer zero stars I would. (Based on renewals and subscription. Not the platform or the language classes and courses)Busuu do not email you or inform you at any point that the users account is coming up to a renewal date. I had mentioned to them when I found money taken from my account, why did they not have a one week prior notice, informing us that our account will renew soon. I would have then had the option to keep the account or know to cancel. I had not used my account in 8 months, but they did not care. I emailed then as soon as I saw the money from an account with little money in it. But they practically said that it was my own fault. Upon checking they mention 'to avoid interruptions to your learning experience, our subscriptions are automatically renewed.' NOW... If I haven't used the account for 8 months and they can see my account activity, surely there has been an interruption to learning already. I don't think they know there own system. I haven't worked in a year after being made redundant due to covid, I explained everything but they didn't accept. Just a simple, Well it is on our website and you were informed when you opened the account. They are not a people person or customer care company. Who remembers what they read a year ago? I had no idea that it was auto renewal. They offered no help and I feel like the didn't care, and in some form stole the money from me. I even told them that I wouldn't be using the account again and to cancel. So what have I now just paid a full year's subscription for???! It is of no cost to them, I'm not using their tools or platform but they have now decided not to be human, and to keep the subscription fee. I asked for the name and email or a legal manager and the boss, of which I didn't receive. All they did was explain again that I should have been aware. All they have to do is change their policy and email the user one week before any renewal date. Don't just take the money and think that it's OK. Money is tight right now. I cannot and will not recommend them. I've been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed. I've now made sure to cancel my subscription. I only wrote this review as I received an email from Busuu and Trust pilot, asking me to leave a rating and review. I did not go out to seek how to, and where to leave a review. If I had not received an email, then I would have not left a review. It is the right of a consumer to leave either a positive or negative review. It is not my intention to have other readers not use Busuu. It is my own view and opinion of a poor experience. Read the other reviews and see when other people have complained about the same thing. Is seems busuu won't take comments onboard or alter. It is easy for them to sit behind a policy. If I had a business where the word 'stole or dishonest' was written, I would have got in touch with these people or even written a review response. The fact they there are no reps ones says a lot. Comment after comment is the same. It's shocking.

Scammers, do not use. Stole £80 and won’t give it back. Not very good language app at the best of times,and now they’ve stolen from my account without my permission they’ve gone from 1 star to 0.

Good. I mean, it's a computer right? So, if I spell something wrong, or add a space in a number it's wrong,even though if I said it, it would be right. Also, very Castilian.
