Slowed my site down significantly.
Paid for Pro version. Site was slower, which is the opposite of what Cloudflare claim.Also kept experiencing 524 errors, which Cloudflare blame on server timeout, despite absolutely no server timeouts when Cloudflare isn't in place.
Support was useless. Basically trying to upsell rather then take any responsibility.

if you were a spammer, this is a great service! the last few months my website has been hit with a ton of spammers using my submission forms.Selling sex, online services ( talkwithwebvisitors.com like others have mentioned) and even a service you can hire to spam people. So im being spammed with a service to sell spam. The sites register at one place and from what I can tell they all use cloudfare to hide behind.
Cloudfare doesnt do a single thing to try to prevent this. Today I tried calling them regarding one of their spammers and I could only get their sales department. Sounded like some 13 year old working from his mama's basement. RUN!

UPDATED for those of you following along. I did exactly what the person who replied to this suggested.I put in a abuse ticket. Again, The ticket was immediately closed out and I was told ( in summary but not exact words) that they are not responsible for the actions of their subscribers, as well as being told that I put the wrong "reason" for the abuse ticket and that I can submit another abuse ticket but have to select the real reason ( even though there is not a reason on there that matches the abuse issue that everyone has also spoken of on here). Good luck with your business guys! You are your worst enemies!
scam, spam and scram. I have been getting messages spammed to me by a website on the internet
talkwithwebvisitors.com . Like others have said on here, when you whois.com this website it points to hosting or protection by cloudfare. When you call cloudfare you can only speak with their sales team which sounds like one guy in his basement. I told the guy I got 20 spam messages in 5 minutes from this site and he insisted that I put a ticket in on the cloudfare website. So I tried to do this and within seconds it was closed out saying there was nothing they could do . However clearly , cloudfare.com is listed on whois as this websites hosting company or provides protection. Honestly im not an internet expert, but just seems like this company would want to do something to save their reputation .
I see on other reviews here "cloudfare" seems to put dumb excuses on these reviews like " you cant put a trouble ticket in here" Or " submit a complaint and we will look into it and take action if necessary" . Come on guys, open your ears and eyes and see what this is doing to your reputation.
Fix this issue and remove this website and I will change this to 5 stars.

Cloudflare DDOS protection sucks

I was having DDOS attack on my website. I am still having it however signed up with Cloudflare Proplan and used it for close to 4 days with no success.
I am under attack mode also did not reduce the load and attack.
They are a big company and everything is DIY so if it works for you good. But if it doesn't no one will help you and the community provides vague answers which are of no help.

SUPPORTS SCAMMERS! Cloudflare runs the largest collection of web sites which scam people out of thousands of dollars each day.They have NO ETHICAL VALUES and NO SHAME.
Anyone who does business with Cloudflare are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Check the CA (certificate authority of every web site you visit (click on the little lock next to the URL in your browser) and if the certificate was issused by Cloudflare, then it is 99.999% a SCAM.
Shame on companies like Cloudflare that support crooks and thieves.
