John also helps solo practitioners and small law firms build and maintain a profitable law practice consistent with the firm's unique culture and values. He has experience serving in key management roles at two different law firms. John understands the issues law firms can face and how those issues can be resolved well. From his extensive experience as a law firm partner in private practice and as Assistant General Counsel of a Fortune 100 company, John developed a deep appreciation of what clients want from their lawyers. He offers interactive seminars, workshops, coaching and mentoring services to help lawyers master the art of practicing law. John has written three books, "The Art of Practicing Law: A Practical Guide for Lawyers," "Transforming the Practice of Law: Reclaiming the Soul of the Legal Profession" and "Choosing Your Lawyer: An Insider's Practical Guide to Making a Really Good Choice."
