Horrible exchange,
I have a withdraw blocked for nearly 1 week.
Contacted the support on the first day to report my issue.
Their support closed my ticket and told me to be patient,without giving me any explanation about my issue.

RESOLUTION found on minimum deposit failure

Hi
I know there are alot of people out there not impressed with COINEX. I deposited less than the minimum BTC into my wallet (not knowing the rules).I messaged them, they got back and informed me to make a second payment using the same protocol has the first so both will add past 0.001 BTC (~$55.5)
So yes, it worked, and I was able to nab the particular ALT coins that Coinbase/Binance et al don't support.
So I have to be fair and inform those here of my good news. You need to not give up and persist. Of course, there are high withdrawal fees here.
I will cross that bridge about withdrawing later, and then give another review.... but I buy to HOLD & HODL!
See you all 10 years from now.

Trading stopped on asset ONES last night,
Trading resumed mid trade and I was not allowed to tradefrom my account
I sat and watched price go from $63.80 to $1.24 before coinex let trades begin again

Tried to deposit some BSV as other sites don't trade them. Trade went thru but Coinex says I didn't meet the minimum requirements so now they are just in limbo.So now I'm out BSV. Very shaddy.read more
