I tried to send money via the so called its cheaper and got locked out , the bank its totally talking BS ,I am now waiting 30 min cause my login is not correct , the login for banking , your pin and internet banking are not synced. So now I cant get access to my accountread more

I open account with ease and the workers are diligent with care for the experience.I'll use this Bank as long as I'm physically able to because of the convenience.
BUT
Whoever made the blueprint for building Structure should've been more perceptive.... As I walk out front door there a curb less than a foot away from exit and I fall immediately almost every time. Would advise to be careful if exiting any location because I've tried a few with the same resultsread more

Spend more than 2 hours on hold to try to lock my 12 year old son’s account as it appears somebody is trying to link his account to PayPal.After speaking to the staff member on the phone, she wanted to speak to my son. As he did not know details like what type of account it is (remember he is 12), he was told to go into a branch and the staff member hung up without speaking to me again. What a waste of 2 hours and 17 minutes and I have no idea if his account is now locked.read more

There is no one who can take responsibility or sort out problems caused by the bank not by the customer.At one time their service and support was first class but it is now in negative numbers. How about taking over two months to get a credit card when I have zero debts and a a triple A credit rating. Not a happy customer.read more
