My situation is going on for 7 months. I ordered couch and mattresses on Oct 1st. The couch arrived but after several months of chasing the mattresses,they eventually said I could have my money back. They have only paid half of it back . still chasing the other half. Cannot get anyone to respond. had friends go direct to the shop in La Zenia and they washed their hands of it. worst I have ever experienced. would appreciate any suggestions

I ordered a unit from Conforama online on 5th November and was advised that the delivery date would be within 11-12 weeks.I am still waiting!I successfully bought a unit from the Conforama shop in La Zenia Boulevard and was happy with the delivery service. I stupidly decided to order online another unit for 222.30euros to match the one that I had, The only emails that I have received from them are brief response to my emails telling me that it will be delivered in February! I chased them again and have now been advised that "is not available at the moment due to a stock problem. We have transmitted your claim to the corresponding department, to alert the supplier and thus be able to inform you of an estimated date of its availability" I was previously surprised when I realised that on top of the cost of the purchase that they also charge 45euros shipping fees and then 49euros for delivery! I have never had to pay shipping costs on a purchase before! Has anyone managed to get a full refund from Conforama?

Wrong delivery & no support: I newly moved in Alès in France and bought almos all my furnitures and everything from Conforama.When they delivered, they did not delivered the somie and i found out that the canepe is broken. I wend and tell them the issues. They asked me to sen e-mail. I sned e-mail but no answer. After that I went again and asked for the delivery of somia. They bring it one week later but in wrong dimentions. Iwend again and tried to explain it. They asked for e-mail. I send it but nothing is heppening since then. I am not able to discuss the details in French by the way and they do not have anybody who can comminicate uin English. Now, I am still waiting for the change of somie and canepe. No news now. Do not buy anything from Conforama. It is a nightmare

As many other feedback below, ordering online is not something strong for them. They are not respecting the timings mentioned when you buy things,you need to chase them to have your products delivered and if you call them, they do not have English speaking persons to help, only French, Italian and German!

I ordered a dryer online in November. It is the middle of January and I still have not received the dryer nor have I have I received a refund.They do not answer emails on their website nor do they answer the phone.I finally had to drive an hour away to the store to finally talk to someone about this. She filled out a form for me and told me I would receive a refund in 8 -10 days, but still I have not gotten a refund.
