The customer service team just go round in circles to confuse you or say get medicalattention as we are not qualified to assist if one of our products burns you but we can give you a voucher (£1.5 - 2) to replace product ridiculous
And can’t say if anyone else has had a problem with this product
Maybe they haven’t got back to me for a couple of weeks because solicitors have contacted them
One reply I got was we really are concerned but we’re knocking off in a couple of minutes so I’ll pass the details on to someone else but in the meantime go a see a chemist or get medical attention
