If I could give cvs a 0 out of 5 stars I would but they don’t have that option. I work at cvs pharmacy and let me tell you they treat there employees like complete crap !!!I am 7 months pregnant and I worked a 10 hour and 30 minute shift and I didn’t even get a break! I work full time hours and they keep asking me to come in on my days off and won’t take no for a answer when I tell them I have a baby appointment or another important thing they just say well you have too !!!! I’m working full time hours but I don’t even get maturity leave for me and my unborn child they r not just effecting me they r ruining my unborn child and making it harder to feed her and give her clothes and diapers! They pay you crap and treat you like a dog ! My mom had a miscarriage from working so much and her boss treating her like a dog too and her baby died my sister died from that and now my work is doing the same thing to me !!! I can’t sit I can’t have a break I can’t even have a simple day off I work everyday none stop. Never work for cvs trust me you will regret it!!!

Pharmacists are the rudest people I ever met. You will be on the phone back and forth with your doctorand them and they will get all the information they need from you and still deny you your medication. A pharmacist slammed my script against the window, making it seem like my script wasn’t ready to be filled after my doctor had sent two scripts for it and a note saying it needed to be filled. The people who work here are purely incompetent (also incapable of basic math). I am disappointed I have to wait until next month to withdrawal from CVS. I hope anyone who’s life is reliant on their medication GOES TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY POSSIBLE.

Worst website system ever. You can't find anything you need. You go around in circles.There seem to be different logins for different parts of the system for some reason. Working with the CVS website is a reliably miserable experience.

So I was going to ask the clerk whether she can check the price of the items for me right?What she needs to do just scan those two items because I wanted to pay and go.
Do you know what she said? Oo go over there and scan it yourself!! Whattttt!!
Did she really understand what I am going to do? I am going to pay!! Why do I need to go scan and come back when she can do it in front of me???? So LAZY!!! I hate when people take everything for granted!! They don’t know without me going and purchasing their items weekly? They won’t have a job!!
Btw Her name was Marsha!! She worked on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 8:30pm!! I am so unhappy when someone treated me badly like that!! I spent a lot of money at this store!! I got my prescription here at CVS!! They made a lot of money because I give them business!!!
Everyone always treats me like my own family!! I like this store and this lady just treated me like I am a nobody!! She treated me like I am a homeless guy!! No job and no money!! I live here in Walnut Creek!! Does it tell something to you lady???
I guess she needs to take customer service classes again!!! Yes!! She needs to learn how to treat people better!! May be she can treat people like that in her own country!! But not here in Walnut Creek!!!

I entered the CVS in Newnan GA and the manager told me I HAD to wear a mask or get out of his store.I told him there are ZERO studies that prove masks are effective but he told me to get out because it’s private property. I will never shop with CVS again. They have some of he most incompetent people working there and this was the last straw. They have I accommodating hours in most all locations around my area, they keep going up on prescriptions, when you order online- be sure to check the prices in the cart because they raise prices at the last minute or they take away sale prices featured on their website. I have had to spell simple things for their pharmacists. CVS is TERRIBLE!!!!

i wonder if CVS even cares about these reviews.
CVS has the worst customer service/call center.after they verify your account they will place you on hold (minimum of 25 minutes) to "check" on who knows what. if you are lucky, they will come back, if not, they will hang up on you. I am writing this review as I am on hold waiting for a representative to pick up the phone (current hold time 16 minutes and counting). this is my second call because they hung up on me the first time after being on hold for 30 minutes.
i think CVS set a timer on their calls, if a call lasts longer than 30 minutes it will automatically hang up but unfortunately, they cannot resolve anything in 30 minutes and customers are constantly disconnected. why even have a call center to answer calls if you aren't going to pick-up the calls? what a scam.
edit - just got off the phone with them. 60 minutes total. total speaking time 6 minutes, wait time 54 minutes. issues NOT resolved. wanted to transfer me to another department but I just didn't want to wait anymore
