The food is pretty good. I'm generally happy with it. I thought the chunks in the Dark Chocolate Cherry Oats were too big.I ended up not eating them. But the taste of the oats was good. I've recommended DH to my daughter, ex-husband and a good friend. My daughter is already enjoying her selections.
I love the grain bowls I've had and the smoothie, chocolate blueberry, used almond milk. I had to go back and add shaved ice to get it to look like the ones you show on your commercial. It had a nicer texture that way.
The portion sizes, for the calories are great. I feel full after, and don't feel the need to augment. That's awesome to me. I'm trying to lose some weight.read more

When we had a delivery problem, (no notification of delivery on a really hot day) customer service was very nice and helpful.They sent us another box with ok to eat foods for no cost. DH is quick to deliver. Their website is easy to navigate and the food is easy to prepare and tastes delicious!read more

Absolutely awful attention to detail. I have a coconut allergy and spent SO MUCH TIME reviewing theingredients in all of the smoothies so that I was sure I was choosing smoothies that would not cause my throat to close. I have ordered from them twice and BOTH TIMES I they have messed up my order, giving me smoothies with coconut instead of the ones I paid for. When I contacted them with the problem I was told that they could not send replacement smoothies, or give me a refund, but they could give me a small discount on the next shipment (only if I ordered again). What a joke, as the next order was wrong too. Get your fulfillment act together. If I am ONE CUSTOMER and my orders have been 0/2 correct, I’m sure this is happening all the time to other people. What horrible customer service, especially on matters of food allergies and safety.read more

For the past two years I have been getting deliveries of Daily Harvest. It has been a huge help to mydiet to help me consume healthier food and get more nutrients while also being quick and easy to prepare. All the food is sneakily so delicious too. I’d give five stars but I recently moved to Key West and am disappointed they cannot deliver to my current home. I’d even be willing to to pay more for shipping or extra packaging to ensure the food would be delivered fresh but Daily Harvest did not seem willing to resolve the issue. I hope they can fix this soon.read more
