first they deliver wrong product... then with the return you select pick up from your place,the rider calls you and you tell him you will be there in half an hr. In one hour your order changes into drop off. You call customer service they treat you like an uneducated piece of poop and tell you that you asked for drop off and you ran out of time. imagine this happening to your parents and uncles and aunts who are not tech savvy... they bank on people with their loopholes and cheat humble people schemes. we need to take them to court. make a group and gather evidence and sue them. teach them a lesson. alone we will be in trouble but a group of 100 or close they will get done properly. send me your evidence and complaints at zeenzeryron for my gmail ;) account.
