Worst experience, I never understood their size matrix, are they selling European size in us market.Took risk to order, however, Hard time returning their products. You can easily order but difficult to return. Their website sucks. After various followup someoneresponded, logged in and processedreturnas per their instructions. They said since it doesn't have tags, they won't refund and you will have to pay for return. I gave up $90 and never recommend anyone to buy their productsread more

By far the worst SAV I have experienced thus far and that's saying a lot.
I purchased a domyos elliptical at the start of 2020.The pedal snapped off and, still under warranty I contacted decathlon for exchange.
No exchange was available so the agent said I would get a refund and they sent people to pick it up.
The elliptical was picked up, I waited the 14 day refund period and no refund. I thought it odd and waited a bit longer, checked my account, no refund.
Called on 3 May after being told to via email
Agent said request had been made, she can see it and will follow up. No follow up.
Called today 11 May. Rude. The agent was rude and hostile from the get go and told me that I would have to contact ONEY directly as it was paid in installments.
What? This is not for me, the client to do as the purchase was made through decathlon. Furthermore I had been told twice that the refund was in course and now I'm being told to contact someone else? After arguing with her and myself getting very unpleasant in response to her refusing to assist and do the job that she is paid to do, the agent then told me instead of ONEY I would have to contact the decathlon tresorie...again...this is not something that the customer should be doing and conflicting information because the rep is too lazy to do her job. Why is decathlon paying this person?
Then the agent gave a false email address for me to email thus further delaying the refund request. I had to pass through the chat function of the website to get the correct email address.
I am absolutely disgusted with their outsourced call centre agents (you can tell because they have no access to the decathlon system and won't hand over a supervisor because the supervisor has no power and is too lazy to follow up, they want to look good for their client, right)
We'll see if I actually get my refund which I need this month as this is quite a lot of money and I need to buy groceries.
Given that I've been waiting two months now for a refund for a defective product (seriously, the metal bar snapped in two and I injured myself on the machine when I fell off it) and that SAV are doing everything they can to delay the refund, this doesn't look promising.
I am absolutely disgusted by decathlon and the SAV.read more

The worst! I ordered a month ago and they can’t find my address. I called them 3 times and emailed.Now I get an email saying my package will be refunded. Great! Can I just have what I paid for please for the love of god! Never seen such bad service in my liferead more

Paid £800 for a kayak. Long wait for delivery, and it eventually arrived with a handle not fitted.They wouldn't get her replacement screws to fit it myself, do it had to be returned. They wouldn't hold one in stock for me to have a replacement, do by three time they had processed there return it was out of stock. Now they've sent me an email saying the replacement will be delayed. It'll be well over a month, at least, of they do finally deliver. Lousy customer service.read more

Pathetic customer service. I placed an order and even and was given a delivery time of 6 days during booking.No update on the order even after 4 days of booking. I tried to call them to check if someone was even working. No one cares to answer calls. Was told wait time would be 6 mins. Waited for 30mins, still not sign of someone picking up the call. Just frustrated with their customer service.read more

We ordered the first pair of climbing shoes for our young son for a special day we had arranged - wewere informed via email that they were delivered to the Asda we assigned for collection on the Thursday - when we visited on the Saturday the Asda staff could find no record - we complained to Decathlon via email and were informed they will look into it sometime over the next two days, a time period that ensures our son will not have his main present on his special day. We have been regular customers of Decathlon over the years but no longer.read more
