I am a real estate broker in Atlanta, Georgia that decided to use DocuSign's "Rooms for Real Estate" product.I was told by the sales team that their software directly integrates with our Georgia Association of Realtor forms, and is listed on their website as a DocuSign official partner. I was not offered a trial or test period. After I signed the contract I was informed that they don't have access to those forms. I spent over a week going back and forth between 6 customer service reps and my 3 different account executives, only to be provided with inferior work arounds to my issues with the program. When I finally decided to cancel my service I was told "DocuSign does not provide refunds or cancellations mid contract term." My account started 2/26/21, and it is now 3/19/21 (3 weeks into the contract). My account team has stopped responding to my emails. This encounter has damaged my perception of DocuSign as a company. I am disappointed in the quality of service provided, and their staff has not been adequately trained on their programs. I was told by a customer service rep that they had a dedicated “Rooms for Real Estate” service team, which they terminated to cut costs. Unfortunately, I have now lost $1,700 after being misled on the services being provided by DocuSign, and will be moving on to another competitor's product.read more
Update of my scorching review

This is an update of a previous review where I gave the DocuSign app 1 star. So, I gave it 1 star because no matter what I did,I could not find it on my google docs add-ons menu. However, once I realized the DocuSign app was not in the top menu for add-ons but on the side bar, I was able to use it. Using it was easier than finding it and I thought it was great. What did I like? I'm not a techie so for me it's simple: It's free and it was easy to use once I found out where it was. One suggestion, give the new user some indication of where to access the app once you install it.read more

The DocuSign secret finally revealed
Reviewed on 2021-03-04T18:54:55
The DocuSign secret finally revealed! DocuSign salespeople must be the best trained people.Just try getting a straight answer from them as to how much it REALLY costs if you go over the 100 "envelope" limit per year. No matter how many different ways I tried to get a simple answer to that question they refuse to answer - one rep even hung up on me when when she became confused.
Essentially, this is the same (actually worse) than companies that advertise that their product is only 99 cents per month* (and then you look for the asterik and find out its $25.00 after the first six months. But this is worse since they will do everything they have been trained to do to never answer that question.
So what is answer to the closely held secret at DocuSign? Well, here it is. At least according to the last representative i spoke with, who incidentially, said to me point blank that she gets calls from frustrated people all the time...
If, after your first year with Docusign you run over the 100 limit your new will be..... "in the low thousands of dollars" since you will then be called a corporate account (so if you just send a mere 10 "envelopes" a month you are considered corporate!)
SO the DocuSign intent is obvious. Get them in the door with the low, low price. When the customer asks the rep how much it will cost after the first year, avoid, dodge and don't answer the question. Get the customer hooked on the drug (excuse me - product) and then charge them more than a $1,000 a year - maybe $2,000 or $3,000.
Shame on you DocuSign. It's amazing that you've managed to build such a large company by being so deceitful.read more

Wish I had read these reviews sooner. Agree with all of the reviews. Awful service, please avoid and save your money. So many other companies offer the service for much less. I have been trying to reach customer support for over a month and no one has responded other than automated emails. No phone number on their site to call. They say to go through their online system but I only get automated responses. No response to my request to have someone call me or a number I can call. Like the the other reviewer noted, you can’t downgrade your account and so they continue to charge me and drag out the online process to downgrade. Quick cash grab for them. It was only a few months ago that I was able to reach someone by phone and had excellent service. Not sure what happened.read more

They don't have an online option to cancel or downgrade the plan, their online guide is false,I spent over an hour trying to find it, then rang them which they confirmed is for "security purposes" really... Why not have an email verification to cancel instead? Bad practice. They will rot and be forgotten soon, with most people moving to better companies
UPDATE - THEY JUST CHARGED ME FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR SUBSCRIPTION WHEN I CANCELLED WITH THEIR REP A WEEK AGO! SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!read more
