Theresponse to queries and help with integrating the reporting function with our systems has been unfailingly prompt and intelligent. We chose Dovico for our company timesheet system after recommendation from a Partner company,and for the following reasons. We are a small IT Solutions company and employ a number of external consultants. The flexible licence system means we aren't paying for more users than we need. Our clients can approve time delivered which allows us to project manage and invoice accurately. The reports are intuitive and Dovico have been very helpful in generating bespoke reports for us. We are always able to get quick and efficient response from Dovico and this helps us with short notice projects where we may need additional licences quickly. The mobile app works very well and our consultants are all confident with the web and app based time entry. As the Administrator I am very happy with the backend functionality. Prior to go-live I had a number of webex training and set up sessions to ensure we have everything ready in the way we wanted, but with the knowledge to make any changes as we moved forward. Anytime I needed extra help I knew it would be there for me almost immediately. I would recommend this system to anyone.read more

Everyone I have spoken with has been great. Always willing to help and very accessible.Felicia is always friendly and the Technical Department is very knowledgeable. Carl and Owen have been extremely helpful, patient and professional. As a newer administrator I had a lot of questions in the beginning and needed them often. There was one instance where Carl spent quite a bit of time helping me when i accidentally deleted a bunch of projects. I was panicking but he kept his cool and stayed on with me until everything was resolved. Dovico is very user friendly and the support team is great. I would highly recommend Dovico.read more

As you know it is very difficult to estimate the time required to perform an audit and to also estiomatehow is time being used by auditors. The tool provides some interesting trends when time enmtries are done on a weekly basis. It also allows the identification of audits in trouble. Our organization has been using DOVICO to track and help report our client servicing for over 3 yearsnow and we have always benefitted from exceptional servicing from the DOVICO team -- in particular Carl from a technical support perspective, and Owen in terms of account management (although Owen has always been eager to help with tech support and training as well!) While the software can be limited in terms of capabilities and at times I've hoped for quicker solutions that involved less manual input, the DOVICO team has always been patient with us throughout our numerous inquiries and we have always found ways to get to where we need to.read more

Generally the tool meets most of our needs. I do have quite a turnover in clients and have not founda clean way of taking old client data out of the main views. Time tracking is always difficult to get done well.read more

I enjoy having a service you can rely on when you need it the most! Dovico is an affordable timekeeping system,that is extremely easy tool to familiarize yourself with. I have used it between two companies now for over 5 years. I just hope in the future, Intuit (Quickbooks) and Dovico can find a way to integrate their web products together to support a seamless transition for accounting/bookkeeping.
