Shady company. I placed a bet then check back on my bets before the game and I see one of my bets is for the wrong game and team.I "cash out" and get hit with a penalty. Fine I figure it is my mistake. I submit the bet again and it looks fine. I check my now winning bet during the game and it has disappeared but the losing bets all stayed! The second time this happened, I reached out to their support team and was told that they would not help and I should take screen shots of all my bets going forward. Additionally I can only place bets on their glitchy app as the website will not work.

Total scam site-BEWARE. If you play the casino games they are totally rigged, no ,”fair gaming” at all.I played the roulette and deposited a few hundred to test the validity of the site. I played a dollar at a time on the roulette and if I lost, I would slightly increase my bet each time. I played BLACK each round and the game fell on red 12 out of 13 times, including 10 straight times in a row. The probability of that happening is slim to none. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY- DONT USE THIS SITE!!!

Draft Kings runs promotions promising free bets to entice your putting a deposit on file with them.They don’t pay the bonus or free bet and if you inquire you get nowhere. Once they have your money they “freeze” your account and when you protest they “ban you for life” while keeping your deposit. Knowing that legal action would cost you more than your deposit. Avoid these scam artists at ALL costs, cause the costs will ALL be to YOU.

Draftkings asked me for validation documents three months ago which I provided. They let me withdraw.Then when I started to win bigger they have continuously blocked my withdrawals. I would cancel withdrawals bet again and lose. I finally gave up with them today. I told them what they could do with their validation process and to close my account. These guys are pure and simple, crooks and thieves. Don't go near them. I was with sunbets and 1xbet. Those guys were not good but these guys are another level. They have not even got livechat which virtually all online companies have now really. They're pathetic. The fact their rating is unclaimed and they literally never come on trustpilot and try to defend themselves tells us everything. They don't care. They're crooked and can be so because the online gambling segment is unregulated. There's no accountability. There's no watchdog. They can do as they please.
