I requested a withdrawl of my earnings on Dec 17th. It's now Mar 27th and they've not paid me or even responded to multiple support tickets asking for an update.Also, I spent 10 minutes answering questions only to be told I wasn't a match for the survey, but guess what?!? The next phone call I got was from that site!! They took all the data I gave and used it even though I wasn't able to earn anything.read more

I did a lot of surveys and free trial offers (with credit card authorization) for BAT coin and had accrued about 14 BAT.I have made attempt after attempt to withdrawal and after 7 days it will go into hold status; and hold status means they have to do some verifications with the advertisers (why I don't know it was verified as soon as I signed up for the trials and/or did the surveys) in order to send the crypto. They say it can take up to 45 days with hold status. Well for my BAT coin request it had been over 45 days and the status turned into "Failed/Timed Out." I tried three total withdrawal requests, Dec. 17th (2020), Feb. 2nd, and March 1rst (2021) - each saying "Failed/Timed Out." I've made 5-6 support tickets with absolutely NO replies or comments to assist me. Since then I'd done several other surveys/trials for different coins like XRP and EOS; those all managed to be go through when I requested a withdrawal. However, sure enough when I'd earned more litecoin (0.005962 Jan 14,2021) and XRP (2.407 Jan 28,2021) through surveys; the status is now at "Sending Soon." Which apparently means they're waiting to confirm with the payment exchange with some type of transaction ID - but it should only take up to 24 hours. January to Present is MORE than 24 hours. It doesn't make ANY sense because throughout that time the BAT was continually failing/timing out I had several requests go through just fine with EOS (Jan 7, Jan 15, Jan 17, 2021) and XRP (Dec 31 2020, Jan 8, 2021). They only took a few hours to a couple of days to be sent to my wallet. I'm being very specific here with the dates to show that if it it's not like my WD requests were denied for being shady with my account i.e. somehow cheating the system and having my account frozen/suspended. What makes me so angry is the fact that these surveys take a lot of effort, I actually take the time to do them accurately. The fact that there is zero response to my support tickets (not even an automatic email response) is simply ludicrous. I've never been so offended with a site as I am with EarnCrypto.

What a HORRIBLE network. EarnCrypto is a platform where you complete tasks to earn crypto in a currency you specify.I earned about $4 in Monero, and then I learned that you can no longer earn it. So the progress I had was erased.
I finished 2nd in the Data Entry task, completing over 1,150 entries of data, and earned only $0.60 USD (BTC equivalent). That is such a horrible payment that I almost punched my laptop. I was so pissed at that.
This is such a horrible network. They do not reply to their support tickets, do not pay, and have not even posted on Twitter in about two years. It's like they completely abandoned the website, and are profiting off the suckers who still use it.read more

This makes me pissed off now....Last November 6 2020, I withdraw a total of 0.00137840 btc to my BTC address,& then I waited for several days. Then all of the sudden, the payment became delayed & they make me wait for 45 days....More than 45 days later until now, the payment is still pending as of February 2021...I send to them my complain tickets several times, but to no avail....I am planning now to file a case against the people behind....read more
