Being an existing customer, I called Epos Now today to inquire about the kitchen display software theyoffer to find out about the benefits it can provide to our business as well as the pricing structure. I was put through to an agent by the name of Jose Neto who from start to finish provided all the information I needed plus more! He was also very kind enough to assist me with other memu queries that I had related to the back end of the system that I have been having trouble with for some time. Overall an amazing experience today and credit to Jose for being so helpful!

Lies, the worst customer service, and hidden charges. That sums up epos now.

Where to begin? They conned me in to buying a full system 5 months before I opened my business on the promise the fees would be paused until I began trading.First lie. Then trying to get through to "customer service" I use the term very lightly. 2 months of me asking what's happening and still getting fobbed off. Then there's the charges for not signing up with their partner card reader who's equipment is dreadful and lock you in to lengthy and costly contracts. By the time I can walk away from epos now and there partners I will be thousands out of pocket. Get yourself any other till and a sum up machine. Save yourself a fortune and months of dreadful service.

Promotions not working

Our promotions were not working and I had called 3 times to try to get it figured out.The first two people I talked to weren't able to find the issue, but Jose N was fairly quickly able to see what the issue was, fix it and help me understand why is had not been working. I am so happy he got this working. I just wish one of the first two times I called there would have been follow-through so that I didn't have to keep calling back.

Having some difficulty integrating a card terminal to my till and whilst this is ongoing I must congratulate Andrew in the epos now customer support team.He was incredibly patient (I am not technically minded at all) and we did try many troubleshooting procedures. He was professional and courteous throughout. Ok I still have the problem but I’m sure we’re making progress and Andrew has forwarded the details to the partnership team - here’s hoping they’ll be as patient with me! Thanks Andrew, much appreciated - especially as it was out of hours Friday night!

Expanding my existing till system

I needed to set up an extra handheld terminal and printer to my existing till system.Staff are always polite and very helpful, and the remote access means that setting up new equipment or fixing any issues is done quickly and efficiently by the technical support team from their end. I’m always very happy with the service I receive, and the callback option means that I can get on with other things while I wait for a member of staff to become available to help me. 5*
