I had a terrible experienced with feature.com online shopping. I bought a womens golden goose sneaker that this store had my size.I went ahead ordered it without checking the reviews and return policy. I got the shoes through the mail and it was 1 size bigger. So, there's no customer service to talk to so I emailed to return for an exchange. I looked up online if they still have my size which they did.I returned the shoes they gave me return label and after a day I mailed it. I emailed customer service for the UPS return number which they verified that it's on it's way to feature. Now, during this process of 2 weeks they got the returned shoes but it took feature another week to process the return so I can get my right size 37 which they still have it in stock in a week and half frame. I emailed again and really disappointed the process of return. I got an email from them saying it takes a while to process the return because theres a lot of return items. So by the time they gave me store credit its 2 1/2 weeks and the shoes I wanted in my size is all gone. I emailed them extremely dissapionted. I am stuck with my store credit of $490 and this style of golden goose is what brought me to this store. FYI.. they don't care because they got your money stored in credit. They told me I can used it with any merchandise online. What? I told them I am not interested to buy anything other than what I wanted. They just sent me a link to their return policy. It was such a BIG mistake buying on line. It was a scam, they don't guarantee your exchange because they knew it will be a store credit and they already had your money. I felt like I was being rob. They will sell the shoes in the size you wanted no guarantees even they have your returned item. It's another way to make money from somebody. That is totally wrong! This store doesn't have credibility. I called the store in Las Vegas and found out from the guy that works there that those shoes they have usually they have only ONE or TWO Instock OF EACH SHOES meaning they have limited stock of sizes. It's really screwed up. There's no integrity whatsoever on their online shopping. I think it's better to shop in their store than online. Online is a big SCAM. NEVER FALL ON THEIR ONLINE SHOPPING. Store employee told me they cannot do transactions with my online purchases but I don't know if their return policy is the same. What a nightmare! And quessed what after two months I haven't use my credit waiting for them to have new arrivals of womens golden goose in my size. All their Golden goose on line doesn't have size 37 out of stock in 2 months and who knows if they will have nice styles? Such a nightmare! My excitement turned into a huge nightmare! This is not even comparable or close to any small dignified store online shopping. Make no mistake..when you order online if your not 100% very sure of your size you will get caught in a trap by store credit because the long processing of returns don't guarantee you for an exchange. They won't hold the size you wanted although they have your returned item on hand. Limited sizes, they tell you it's a lot of return being process so you have to wait for an email to get a credit which they take a week and half to give you credit your TRAP.. not an exchange because it's gone. I don't even think they deserved 1 star. This is just a heads up, this is not an online shopping for you if your unsure of your size and fit the probability of exchange is 0% probability of store credit is 100% no option of refund. Merchandise is limited in size and style. Processing time of return including mailing it back give it 3 to 3 1/2 weeks by then they are out of the size and style you wanted at the end your stuck with store credit. Return items communications are handled through email. Their emails are not helpful. I don't need sorry or telling me use my store credit with other items or sending me an email about their return policy. What a trap!

I WISH I had read the reviews. The lack of customer service at this store is beyond reproach.They have no phone number. They refuse to put you in touch with a manager. They have an attitude of too bad....it's not my fault.
Has anyone dealt with Drew, Steph or Jo? All awful.
They sent me a package. Told me it was dropped at the mailbox. But we don't ha e traditional mailboxes. All deliveries are made at the door. And they are confirmed with our ring camera.
They asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours and said if it did not turn up they would help me.
That was a lie.
They said it was not their problem if the delivery service messed up. Sent me a link and that was it.
I've put in a complaint with my cc and hopefully they can help.
This is not Nordstrom or Amazon or any other reputable company that gives you the benefit of the doubt and will bend over backwards to make you happy.
Thus, their customer service statement is a total lie.
I beg of you....DONT buy here. Once they have your money they are done with you.

Store at Wynn Las Vegas is a must see. Good sneaker selection and Stone Island apparel.Store was busy on a Saturday evening but still got a chance to buy some tees. Definitely worth the walk if you're staying near Encore.

I buy a lot of limited draw sneakers. Feature tends to have most pairs I am looking for and I've had success in a few draws.Only other site I've successfully drawn on is End Clothing. The others seam to be just a way to grab your contact information.

I made the grave mistake of accidently ordering the wrong size. I immediately realized my error.You can not cancel an order on the site once it is placed. So I emailed the customer service line within 5 minutes of placing the order. They told me they could not cancel the order. So I tried to get a return set up for the product and they told me they could only offer me store credit. I went back and forth via email with the customer service line and they simply refused to offer me anything more than store credit. It's a ridiculous policy to treat customers like this in such a cut and dry situation. They could care less about you. They are happy to take your money and move on.

Well add me to the list of people who got taken for a ride by this terrible company! No returns just store credits!I was able to find their phone # called them up, spoke to someone claiming to be a manager but sounded my like a stock boy. Customer service could not be worse!! I never write reviews but felt it was my duty to inform others how terrible this place is! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Wish I would've read the reviews before buying. They were the only one's who had my size in stock.Took 10 days to arrive, shoes didn't fit. I asked for a return and they said item was final sale and couldn't be returned. Checked the site and nowhere did it say that these were final sale items. I asked for an exchange and they kept putting me on hold ... reported them to BBB.
