Purchased a voucher during lockdown to use once restrictions were eased. A month later when we could use the vouchers they showed as 'finished'.The only way to speak to customer services is via live chat as they ignore emails. They said the voucher expired after a month, at no point did it say this upon purchase. I then asked for a refund as I couldn't believe they were trying this, the location wasn't open due to lockdown! I've spoken to three agents on live chat, one who just left the chat as he didn't have an answer for me (Wagner Matos). They will do all they can to keep your money and not help. The live chat also shuts down if you don't say anything, so when they say 'please wait' always reply, otherwise you have to start all over again and waste even more of your time.

The mobile app and their customer service are so dodgy. I have submitted a complaint with consumeraffairs after they illegally charged me $135.

When purchasing tickets to an event their system would not allow me to use my voucher code and my wallet credit so I had to make each purchase separately.When I did so after the fact their system messed up and gave me tickets for two different times on the same night instead of two for the same show. I contacted support immediately that same day to fix the issue and no one ever got back to me. I finally was able to reach a live agent via their chat system but none of the three support staff Isreal, Micael or Maria was able to do anything and just offered to cancel my tickets for a voucher refund instead of credit back to my card. I was very upset and think this company is super unprofessional and needs better customer service and a better ticket purchasing back end.

Due to COVID the concert we booked was not able to go ahead. I made enquiries and the team responded quickly and efficiently and let me know what they had done.The concert is now taking place later in the year and my tickets have automatically been transferred across.
