I liked the platform was about to buy yearly subscription after cancelling my monthly trial before 30days period which they did and refunded but then they sent me a survey which says that if you fill it you'll get a 30days extended trial which I did filled and guess what it was a false promise, no extended trial. I was happy paying for it until that moment. Why trick people into filling survey and making false promises. Bad practice.read more

Terrible, terrible Customer Service.. I upgraded to their Elite subscription and cancelled within one day,but i never recieved the refund wich they explicitely promise on their website.. they take your money and then disappear - there's simply nobody to talk to.read more
