Bought a gift voucher for my mum and it never arrived and I didn't get a confirmation email- but the money was deducted of course.Like my fallow reviewers, I can confirm that it is impossible to get any info from them. Just bought a years subscription on a Black Friday deal.
Had a problem straight away.The app will not play through headphones. The P121 piano does not have a Aux in port.
After contacting the company tried various things but they did not work. So although I really enjoyed this app I decided to ask for a refund under 14 day cooling off rules. My money was refunded instantly.read more

my wife subscribed to this company at a cost of approx £79 per annum then after 12 months decided shedid not want to continue then the problems start when trying to stop them taking continued payments there are no contact details to stop this had to contact our credit card and PayPal to stop any future payments be aware of this when accepting a free trial or any subscriptionread more

I used this company, cancelled my subscription and the continued taking my money. They dont respond,They are in Berlin somewhere. They have no phone number to contact. Do not use the free trial, it will not stop! I had to get a new bank card to prevent them from taking more money. And they said they returned my money, The bank said they did not immediately refund my money. I dont know when or if I will ever get three months of $19.99 back. BEWAREread more
