I've contacted customer service almost 1 month ago and asked to fix the "reconnecting" issue in Freshchat.They promised that this information will be provided to the dev. team and should be fixed soon.
I've been waiting WEEKS for the resolution. No one even messaged me or asked to wait some additional time. And why should I send reminders to the customer service???
The customer service is AWFUL and stupid.
If you need some help or assistance, please be ready to wait one year for the correct answer nor resolution.
And one more thing. Never contact them via phone. First: no way to get a live agent. All the time they are busy.
Second: If you will be so lucky to get a live agent, it will be not possible to understand their "Indian English".

i paid for subscriptions and they deactivated our account suddenly,and never reply email / support ticket for almost 10 days ( and kept saying they will feedback the earliest)

I wanted to cancel my subscription with this company.
But the login on the site is not working so can't do this.Customer support finally got it to work but then I could not access the "billig settings" to cancel the account. The customer service won't help me cancel the subscription even tough I can't do it from my page. So now I have to try to cancel this through my bank somehow.
BTW they told me the service was in Swedish. That's why I upgraded in the first place. When I had upgraded the account their service was not working in Swedish.
So WATCH OUT for this company that is a total SCAM.read more

Poor customer service, unclear pricing practices and lack of features compared to competition.
