Worst customer service on the planet. Hit an email my results are in and to set an appointment up.No dates available. I've left a dozen plus messages and 10 emails..... NOTHING!!! I'm filing a claim with BBB

This company is terrible! The infrastructure is glitch after glitch. Their website, correspondence etc doesn’t work...dead screen , etc. Acquiring blood samples for their test kit is painful and tricky, THEN in many cases they require a second blood sample collection even more difficult than the first. An employee named Justin Norris contacted me and promised to square it all away... that never happened.Norris sent me to a lab for a blood draw the “Lab Corp” he sent me too hasn’t existed in my region for over 5 years! Norris told me he’d have his assistant Brooke find a lab in my area... now neither one of them responds back to my calls/emails. I started this process in January. Giving up on them now in April, I’ve had enough. This company is terrible. Save your money fellas, go get an appointment with a local urologist. You’ll be better off .

Spoke with Stewart a co-founder of the company addressed my concerns and questions about the treatmentplan he stated that I needed another blood test I gave them another blood test and received multiple emails saying my treatment plan was now available went back to the site to order my treatment plan and then was instructed that they are requesting another blood test tried calling customer service and no on is available surprise surprise

Not a legitimate company. I followed the instructions, sent the blood work as per the requirements and even received confirmation of receipt along with a lab ID number.It all seems official. However, I continue to get weekly text messages stating that they haven’t received my “kit”. I even got one from the CEO. It’s all automated. When you reply you get an immediate auto reply, when you call you’re told nobody is available. It is not legit. Save your money

Edit 04/14/21: Received an email and follow-up phone call which provided information that had not been provided during my previous call with the company.Labs were actually reported the next day and prescriptions awaiting sign-off by the physician as of Thursday 04/08/21. Supposedly takes up to 7 business days for sign-off and shipping. Expected arrival of medications around 04/19/21. Will update review based upon fulfillment. 04/13/21: Great experience starting out. Ordered test kit, promptly delivered, returned, and resulted, in a timely manner. Next step was to have the consultation, which I did. Physician appeared genuine in addressing concerns and recommended a medication regimen that would be prescribed after a set of follow-up labs. Within a day or two I was informed of the need to either repeat the Peak process of lab work for approximately $89.00 which would result in 5-7 days (I believe), or to have blood drawn at a local Labcorp for $99.00 which would result in "1-2 days". Paid for labcorp and scheduled draw for Tuesday 04/06/21. Labcorp experience was as expected, with no complications. Waited the "1-2 days"...nothing. Waited 4 days...nothing. Attempted online chat. In queue for literally hours with "2 ahead" of me. Finally called and believe it or not, got a real person who had zero explanation for the delay, other than to say that I would just have to wait until Monday, when he was certain the labs would result. Guess what...It's Monday, 04/12, six days after my "1-2 day" draw. Nothing reporting in my portal. Attempted online chat. Not functioning. Only allowed automated request for assistance. Received an email a short time later stating that my labs had been reported and were being reviewed. Waited the remainder of the day...still nothing. Tried chat assistance again. Still automated response rather than live person. Attempted to call several times which led to a little over a minute of being on hold before being sent to voicemail. I don't mind waiting, but don't give an expectation of timeline for service, not fulfill that expectation, then drop into a black hole in terms of customer service.

4/13/21 8:20 pm Update: well it says it shipped, but I do not have a tracking number.I do have an email from peak saying that my order will ship in two or three days yet in my app it says ship date 4/13/21. So I’ll keep you guys informed as to what transpires. 4/13/21 Update: My credit card company just sent me a text that I was charged for what I assume is the membership fee and medication I don’t have a receipt yet in my email and in the app it still says pending. I’m assuming this is a step in the right direction so I’m putting up another star!!! So let’s hope all the other reviews of people getting charged than waiting months are unfounded!!!! I hope to be starting to get my life back in the next few days I’ll keep you posted!!!! ………………… 4/12/21 Hi guys let me tell you I suspected that my t-levels were low after seeing peaks ad on Facebook so I ordered the kit and that was delivered on point after sending it back I got my consult right away with Dr.Hassan who was excellent. She put me in for the second test which came a week later and I went through paces and mailed it back and got my results right away spoke to the Dr.Hassan again and she had me approved. Two days later I got an email (at midnight) that I had to do one more test which I had to drive to a clinic to do myself luckily I had that next day off so I was able to drive get this, the forty four miles round trip to get it done. I spoke to the doctor again after that test and she said all was good with that. Now my subscription is just sitting in limbo saying pending. Pending what? I can’t get any one to email me back or pick up the phone to let me know what the next step is. I feel like all the reviews on here say the same thing like me. Everything is smooth in the beginning than you hear nothing. I have not been charged yet like others so I’m only out as of now the 45 for the first test and the 80 for the second they did not charge for the third that I had to drive to the clinic. This is a great idea for a company as there are many of them online that I am seeing, however I picked Peak because it looked to be a very well put together place. But I’m worried now at this point and with all the negative reviews it’s hard to be upbeat. The symptoms from low t are brutal and I just want to get my life back and now that I know that’s what it is I don’t want to wait much longer, as it’s been about a month since I started the journey with peak. I don’t want to have to go through all this again (if peak can’t come through soon) with another company or with my primary doctor. I read that the owners reached out to people who were upset, I’m appealing to whomever might see this from peak staff. Please do not let me have to wait much longer, a month is long enough! and please understand the customer service is the number one key to a great business I own a car dealership believe me if we did not answer people right away we would not have lasted 60 plus years as a family business.I will rate this a five star company if things change this week and my medication ships soon Thanks

Terrible, and I mean terrible customer service. I did the testing, had the consult,placed and order and three weeks later nothing from Peak. Nothing. Customer service is non-existent. Emails are not replied to, phone calls to customer service simply routes to a voicemail, et cetera. It’s not the way a legitimate business should operate. Do not waste your time or money here with Peak. Go to your local urologist and have the testing and treatment done there. They’re professionals, Peak is not a professionally run company.
