I did not recieve gold bar that I bought after 2 weeks
I bought a gold bar 2 weeks ago and after a week I have been contacted for ID verification. A week later, I have not receive the gold bar. After several contacts, they informed me that the bank kept the money and did not release it they don't know why and they can see that I already paid but since their bank did not release the money, they can not do anything, but chase the bank and it may take time. how much? they have no idea, and although they can see my payment since the money is with their bank (not my bank) they cannot guarantee anything.
