Google doesn't support new or start up business

Google support is non existent.
It is the most complex system and does everything it can to lock you out.If they continue to stop my start up business and lock it out from all even after making all the changes they require (weeks of work as I don't have a degree in google, something that is required to understand all their rules), Then I will take legal advise on how to get them to recognise my start up.

I ordered the Indulgent boxes and Vegan and gluten free boxes for my grown up children and myself as Easter treats from Cakehead.We were all delighted with them. Wonderful, tasty varieties in all the boxes. My favourite was the vegan chocolate orange brownie, yummy and very moorish. Also excellent service from the company and great value for money. Can’t praise them enough.

My daughter had blocked ears due to a build up of wax.From booking the appointment right through to leaving was a pleasure. Michael was extremely professional and made my daughter feel at ease. He showed us where the blockage was with a camera and explained about the micro-suction procedure in detail. After a week of muffled hearing the results were fantastic and it didn't hurt a bit! Would not hesitate to return or recommend his service. Very grateful - thank you!

I've recently had superb service from Lee at the Devon Ear Clinic in Torrington. If you live in Torridge or North Devon and,like me, you suffer from stubborn blockages caused by wax build-up, check out the website. From start to finish, Lee was utterly professional: calm, knowledgeable, patient, clear and detailed in explaining what he was doing and in giving advice on treatments. Despite narrow ear canals and stubborn compacted wax, he persisted until it was all cleared. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Google products and customer support are rubbish and support is nonexistent. The nest hub is a pile of rubbish and can't actually do anything except tell you it doesn't know.Google support is like studying for a degree trying to find answers to Google rubbish products. Google products are unreliable and frustrating to use and I DO NOT recommend anyone buying the Nest hub only can recommend Amazon Alexa. Google have failed.

Horrendous google support

I’ve used google home products for a number of years and had very few problems. This all changed last week.I upgraded my WiFi to google nest WiFi and thought I’d add in the latest chromecast with google tv at the same time to upgrade my automation experience, little did I know that this was to cause serious issues. Multiple product exchanges, 10 hours on phone and chat support later and google could offer no solutions to the errors I was experiencing. They continued to tell me it was other service providers, and repeatedly advised to exchange/ full reset products. After completely rebuilding my home set up 4 times on their advice I gave up following their suggestions, after yet more searching on the web, i resolved the “very” simple issue myself in 5 mins. Google were unaware of the issue or resultino and very grateful that I brought it to their attention, however they do not seem to see that the time and money they have cost me with their completely useless tech support may be an issue. For days they have been advising they will contact me to provide a resolution, and yet when I’m promised a call, the call never comes. Google products are good and aside from some annoying set up glitches I can’t fault them, on the flip side their customer service and tech support need to be overhauled, you don’t keep customers by treating them like this.
