Only wished all online shopping service was as good as Lily's at Pestfix.
Placed an order for Trappit with Pestfix in the morning. By early afternoon, the same day, the order has been processed and delivery arranged for the next day. A really competitive price offered. You cannot get better than that. A big thank you to Lily at Pestfix for her helpful, courteous manner. I hope Pestfix realise what an asset she is to their company

Only had three upsets but PayPal refunded very quickly
I have made many purchases through Google and most of the time it's been a great service however recently I ordered two blue-ray dvds believing that they would be in english but, they were not one I believe was in German I'm afraid as I do not speak that language, the other one was called before I awake I really don't know what language that was in the sellers really need to state what the language they are in. I also ordered a blue-ray dvd cleaner/repair the fluid was every where in he bag the plug was unusable thank goodness for PayPal I received my refund very quickly 99% of the time I've had a great experience shopping on google. I could only put one date.
Great dentist
It's quite a challenge to get an appointment since the changes at this practice. The reception is busy and the message box was full. However Nitin came to the rescue and squeezed me in for an emergency filling. He is absolutely brilliant, an excellent dentist with a kind reassuring manner . Than you
Uswitch fiasco
I tried to change the Tarriff for my elderley Aunt on uswitch. She was presently on UW so sorted a fixed rate tariff with UW. Thought it was sorted obviously not, what a cluster. Eventuall phoned UW directly very helpful and hopefully sorted. Advice to you is check offers on uswitch then go to supplier you have chosen talk to them directly.
Not honouring their agreement
I agreed to pay google £9.99 and provided my debit card, but google debited me £12.99. I cancelled as there are not as many programmes as they originally advised are available and £12.99 a month is expensive Paramount, ITVx as well as Netflix are far cheaper. They advised me that I have full access until 6th January 2026, BUT they are currently now NOT allowing me full access to any of the Premium features at all
Butchers Slop Dog Food
I’ve already complained recently about how disappointed I have been with their new recipe…I have since put my dogs constant scratching & paw licking down to the very poor quality of Butchers tined tripe loaf variety pack..to which I’ve had to add supplements myself which cured the problem…but it gets worse….the top 25mm in the can is just jelly which my dogs aren’t interested in…the latest batch is full to the top with substandard food that has a cavity the size of a broom stick running down the middle of the tin fully filled with jelly….well today this all stops,,,after 10 years I won’t be poisoning my dogs with this stuff anymore at the expense of the manufacturers greed…Done with them.
