A bad experience with one grab driver

I booked a grabcar today. The driver came and realized I bring a 9 years old child.He asked me if I have a seat booster as he doesn't have. I don't have the booster so he cancelled the booking. That's no issue and I just call another one. He accepted my booking again and drove back to scold me with dirty words! I didn't want to quarrel with him as i had a child with me. So i just cancelled the booking. After one minute i tried to call another grabcar but he accepted it again and again. What's wrong with him?! I don't understand why grab accepts such a driver. I tried to call grab but failed again and againread more

Terrible ! Charging for unfair situations and very bad customer service reply via mail only!

Customer service is crap. Doesn't even bother investigating, gets the case details wrong,wrongly charging customers extra and wrongly giving drivers demerit points. Have been dragging the case out for several days now and the customer service person is just giving standard replies without doing actual investigation and also totally ignoring the 3 points I have given him.read more
Feeling the pinch of Grab's sky rocketing rates!
Reviewed on 2021-03-15T11:24:07
I am a widowed senior citizen who is a regular Grab user and a Platinium customer too.I am unhappy with Grab as the price seem to be rocketing sky high. I stopped using public transport as I am unable to climb the staircase due to my knee pain. Hence, I have no choice but to take Grab both ways for work which is about 10.1 km away. I am a retired humanitarian worker who has been re-employed and I don't get paid well enough. What used to be around RM15-RM16, which was quite affordable for me, has now gone up so much and the charges sometimes can double the normal rate to RM30-RM32 just one-way trip. Evenings are the same too. So I have to spend between RM50 and RM60 a day just to get to work daily. How am I to survive like this?..
Grab has gained a monopoly of the service and there is no other taxi provider to compete with them. Hence, senior citizens like me and many others have no choice but to fork out however much the App shows. A big portion of what I earn goes on transport, and nothing much is left of my salary for other expenses?.. I kindly urge the Management of Grab to come up with special concession rates for senior citizens like me who commute daily to work. Hope someone who has the power to bring changes to the existing rates can do something to help. Thanks a lot!read more

I've used Grab in Vietnam since November 2020. I had plenty of daily rides with them and ordered food at least once a week.Today I ordered food and the driver called me to say that he was about to deliver my order. When I wanted to check on the app where the driver was, I got a very aggressive message that my number had been suspended because of violations. I've got absolutely no idea what happened! I always paid for their services and most of the time I gave the drivers 5-star ratings.read more
Service is good but not receptive to requests

Grabfood experience;
They have a good list of restaurants available. The riders also arrive fast,but they do not listen to special requests for food. It wasn't really that much so it's fine. Though fees are kinda excessive(why should I pay more for a restaurant that's just near anyway)

Grab saved my iPhone with all the photos of my 6-month baby

Today I accidentally lost my iPhone in a rickshaw (small taxi) in Cambodia.
The driver, Mr Phal Rithy,was honest and transport my lost iPhone to the Grab office.
After 30 minutes only, I was able to get back my iPhone with photos and videos of my son (baby of 6 months).
Thanks to the driver (he deserves a trophy) and also, thanks to Grab Cambodia for their good management of their Driver Partners !
