I have been buying from GrubMarket for over a year and while sometimes there are errors,the company is very gracious about compensating for them. The prices are excellent and the food quality is excellent and the variety is amazing. I’ve been very pleased by how responsive they are.

Scam. Do not order from them. I thought I was ordering from farmers markets. Instead,for the majority of the produce they gave me the same brands that are sold at Whole Foods. ALso, without checking with me or getting approval, they substituted a number of my branded non-produce items for different things that are awful and I do not want. Finally, the order was delivered very cold, refrigerator temperature. That is not ok for a lot of produce and as a result that produce is ruined. They are not answering the phone so I will be disputing the charges.

At least they're consistent. They mess up my order every time. I order grapes and get grape tomatoes.I don't order milk but two half gallons of it get delivered--and I don't drink milk. Today, I was supposed to receive six items--two were missing, although I was charged for both of them. Then they want to give me a credit rather than refunding the money to my credit card--but I don't want the credit because I never, ever, ever want to do business with this company agaon.

I received my first order last evening and was so pleasantly surprised at the fresh and crisp produce.It's tasty and delicious. The produce here is the freshest I've received from any market. Just fabulous. I ordered a small amount to try them out but will be ordering much more. A couple of the grub boxes as well as many other items such as their bread and baked goods have me interested in trying more. I've decided that they will be my go to grocery providers each month from here on out. Definitely great products, service and prices plus they are located right here in San Francisco which is a huge plus for me. I'm so glad I found them.

Grubmarket gave me non-organic produce to a cancer patient
I was diagnosed with cancer this past year and I depended on using a service that could help with my groceries during this recovery. I found Grubmarket from a Facebook ad, and thought I found the perfect place. After 3 orders I gave up on using them completely. The produce arrived in great condition, besides some bruising on some bananas. However, I did notice stickers on many of my other produce that had "Imported from Mexico" on them, with no indication that they were organic. I was given a refund upon my first call without much trouble, however the customer service rep, John, was extremely condescending about my situation over the phone. The following two occasions I was sent an alternative to one of my snacks that had nuts, which I am highly allergic to. After many failed attempts to reach customer service, I was able to get John who again made the entire ordeal extremely difficult. I will never use Grubmarket again!
