Guesty was already an in-depth platform for just about every aspect of managing properties but I'm impressed with how often they keep improving it to make it even more user-friendly.They are always making helpful adjustments I wouldn't have thought of as well as finding new ways to do things that can be improved. Even when I want to do something for my uses that Guesty doesn't have a specific option for, their staff has always been able to show me ways to accomplish the tasks in ways I wouldn't have considered.read more

Working with Guesty for nearly 3 years it is clear to see that they care about their product and that they are willing to put in the work in order to succeed.They have placed themselves very well in the market by offering a product that is versatile and customizable. I look forward to the day they launch more of the things they have been working on and truly achieve their goal of an all encompassing PMS
Pros:
Guesty is a fairly easy and straightforward software to use. Since the learning curve isn't steep it save us a lot on training costs. They also offer quite a lot of versatility when it comes to customization as well as API access in order to develop tools. They have also been doing a lot of development on their end which is great, as it means they are listening to the users and are offering solutions for any of the items that they are lacking.
Cons:
While their development rate is great, there is still a ways to go before it becomes a true one stop solution. Current lack of support for rate codes, groups, and advanced invoicing are glaring omissions but I believe all these things are in the pipeline and do not affect their target market too much.read more

Not recommended Software. TERRIBLE service.
I have been using this software for more than a year.
I never posted a bad review in my life for any experience I had.however, for this one due to the amount of stress Guesty caused us, I think it's just fair other companies should be aware of and not using them.
The system has lots of glitches now and then which can cause you lots of mistakes/ double bookings/pricing/settings/automation
They do not value their clients at all unless you have a revenue of $85,000 a month($1m+a year), which means a net revenue to Guesty $2500 a month ($30,000 yearly)witch is Guesty's minimum charge of 3% of every reservation.
So that's why I would highly NOT recommend using Guesty for your PMSread more

Guesty is not only a user-friendly platform but offer an excellent customer service through their different team accross the world.We have been using Guesty for few years now and the platform has been able to develop at a high pace in order to fulfil new requirements.
